I ordered the product on 12/07/25 has NOT shipped in 3 weeks and is now 12/26/25. They charged my credit card without verifying they will ship it. Most companies charge when shipped. They are not returning my multiple emails (they dont have a contact phone number). They are not doing business ethically and will charge you without sending the product.

Uproot clean customer service has been exceptional and they are so helpful. Great company.
Our uproot cleaner works so well for our 4 dogs. We have 2 black labs and they just like to be brushed and we use the dishwater tool on them. It's quiet and easy to use. We have a doodle and a standard poodle both have heavy grooming needs and the uproot system works for them so so well!! We use the clippers and the brush! We clean the dog hair off the stairs with the vacuum tools! Seriously we just use it all the time!! Recently uproot showed us how good their customer care team is too! During a cross country move due to an emergency medical issue we lost the clippers in our set and uproot got us a new one sent out! We just think they are amazing!

My recent experience with Uproot Clean was extremely disappointing. I accidentally purchased two grooming kits. Returning one of the $173 kits would cost me $85, as I live in the Western United States. I researched and chose the cheapest return option within the timeframe Uproot Clean provided for a full refund. When I reached out about the high return fee, I was told there was nothing they could do.
The grooming kit itself works, but not as well as I had hoped, and the sound is much louder than advertised. My biggest issue, however, is with their customer service. Be sure to read the fine print—I failed to do so—but the company offered no assistance, and their responses were dismissive and unhelpful at best. This experience makes me hesitant to recommend Uproot Clean.

I absolutely LOVE my Uproot Clean pet vacuum! I have had it for about 4 months and one of the attachments broke. I reached out to customer service to purchase a replacement. Communication was very quick, the representative was great, and after sending my invoice and a picture of the broken attachment they sent me a new one!!! Excellent customer service and excellent product!
This product works incredibly! I stupidly put it together wrong and broke it and they are sending me a whole new item. This product really removes hair from your carpets and surfaces allowing you to get a good deep clean. Incredible customer service, fast response, helpful, and friendly! I can’t recommend them enough I will be telling all my friends and family about Up Root and its cleaning abilities!
Right away they were attentive and helpful with an eagerness to provide a solution. They didn't hastle me for a bunch of information I did not have readily available. Been so excited for a week to try this pet hair removing tool after seeing an ad. Finally arrived today. After about 5 minutes of use, I'm requesting a return/refund. It does not work on any of the three different types of carpet/rug I have. I have two long haired cats, and it doesn't even collect the fur I see, let alone scraping up embedded hair as the website claims. Tool is also deceptively small as compared with the images. Even if it did work as claimed, it would take a good hour to do even a small room. I guess I should have read the negative reviews more carefully; lots of people said that it doesn't work. They also say that customer service ignores you, but I'm hoping that doesn't turn out to be the case here. I'll come back and edit this when/if I get a response. SOOO disappointed.
Addition: they did allow me to return it, but even though it doesn’t work, I still had to pay the $16 return shipping. Steer clear of this company.
Uproot products are the best! From removing pet hair from my rugs and carpet to my sheets, I’m very pleased with their performance. Just ordered their washing machine cleaner.

What a damn nightmare. Ordered the kit plus a bag for around $200 on October 5. They took several days to fulfill the order but never actually contacted UPS. When I called after a week they didn’t know what happened, so they told me they fixed it. They never did. When I complained again that the tracking number was non-existent, they apparently shipped another one. That was October 13, and it’s not due for delivery in CA until October 21, more than two weeks after delivery.
I paid for priority shipping.
Why would a company send something via non-priority ground when they know they screwed twice already?
Two days ago I again asked for answers and also strongly asked to speak to a management representative. That last request has been met with complete silence.
I cannot tell you yet if the product of good, or if it was worth the wait. But given my absolute dependence on this - I can’t leave on my hiking trip until the pet care place can take her, and I can’t dk that until she is groomed.
So, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES buy this product direct from the manufacturer. Their shipping people just don’t do their basic job. Neither does their management team. If you really like their product, get it elsewhere.
Last point, their online support team have been [largely] responsive. They are polite and apologetic, but seemingly very ineffective. There’s no phone number to call to speak live with a human, if you do have a problem like mine.
If I could give a zero today, instead of one star, I would.
