I had a great experience
I had a great experience. At first, I had doubts because the price was much cheaper than other invitation card places, but then I decided to give it a try, and it was the best decision I’ve made. The customer service was amazing. I had some problems with the quality of the file I sent; it was blurry, and the customer service representative, Ernesto, helped me communicate with the team to improve the quality. The printing time was very quick, only 2 days even though I selected the 3-day option. I’m very satisfied with the product I received. I didn’t order the envelopes, so I can’t tell if they are good. I ordered 75 graduation cards.

DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
I believe your "windless/outdoor" retractable banner is falsely advertised. I had to have this banner replaced the first time because it was not packaged well and was damaged during shipping. They replaced the order but the retractable banners do not line up correctly - they are uneven and the size of the base piece is not secure and comes off. I had to buy sand bags to keep the banner from falling over due to the wind! the base of the banner needs to have weights installed in them to keep the banner from falling over! Not happy customer.

Uprinting has been a great asset for my printing needs
Uprinting has been a great asset for me, in regards to very good quality printing. I truly depend on them a lot, and have used them for, I think, over a decade now. Price for printing is very good as well, and believe me, I looked around. They are 100% my "go to" online printer.
