I sent them measurements of a bearing I needed and they responded, but I wasn't available. The bearing they had was too big. They asked me if I wanted them to send it in an email. I didn't see the email because I was in my garage working. They sent their "too big" bearing even tough they had my measurements. After receiving the bearing, I wanted to return it, they said not a problem. Take picture of the box and email it to us. I did and they said they would accept the return, but I had to pay for the return shipping. Since I never authorized the part to be shipped, I felt it very petty for them to charge me for the shipping. NEVER AGAIN! They lost a potential customer that spends thousands on parts.

We needed some racing seats quickly. Jeff helped us get what we needed correctly and fast so we made our deadline. the fit of the seats to the drivers was as he promised and they met our sanctioning requirements as needed. Thank you UPR and Jeff
