Nordic teapot
The first teapot I bought and was sent had a fault on it however emailing customer service s provided a very good outcome. I was sent a replacement and was advised I was not required to return the faulty one!

Love the products and speedy delivery - I knocked off a star because, although 75% of packaging was paper or cardboard there was also about 25% polystyrene. Perhaps a bit harsh of me and would have given a 5 star rating if I could.

Great product competitively priced. Looks really good and was packed extremely well as it was fragile. Was dispatched very rapidly - I did order two teapots but only one was sent, however, I received an email to say that the second was on its way - and it arrived hot on the heels of the first! Impressed with the service.

Unfortunately the carrier company Evri didn't fare so well, on note through the letterbox or information on where the package was put.

Very happy with the crockery purchased the o my thing I would say is that I paid for next days but did not get next day. I understand ordering at weekends and after closing moves this on a day or two. Other than that no complaints so far so good.
