This service is unusable
This service is unusable. Whatever this company was for quality under it's old name, it did not carry over.
If you are expecting to pay premium for this service to store and share your data with customers, friends, or family, LOOK ELSEWHERE. This site is fraudulent in advertising that unpaid accounts can download data at 1 MB/s. I have found the speeds to be closer to 60 KB/s and often the transfer will **fail entirely**. I believe this is done intentionally to force everyone wishing to use the service to pay the premium.
Your customers will suffer if you choose this service to store your data and share it.
Additionally, don't trust the high rating they have. It is clear from the comments of these 5 star reviews that they either paid a company or used automation themselves to boost their rating through fake reviews. Many of them don't even make sense! Use your head.

I am sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, we are under a DDoS attack so there's not much we can do at the moment. Disruptions happen in any industry with any service provider.
To address your last point — we do not use any automation nor paid campaigns, these are our real happy customers.

Free download speed is a lie, site wants you to pay for basic usability.
Lies about download speed, attempts to shill users into spending $7 a month or more just so they don't have to wait an hour for a 50MB download. Overall, just a poor knockoff of MediaFire.

That's some accusation right there :) We don't lie. Sure, it might happen that there is a problem with the ISP on our end or on the users' end (most frequently) which causes slow speeds, but we are trying to maintain uptime and good performance
