First Class. I sold my property with UA during a challenging time so I was probably needing more help than normal. Paul was always the person who would answer the phone no matter what the situation which I really appreciated. I had my own ideas of how to do things but after listening and following UA’s advice I received an offer above valuation after 7 days of listing. Charlene’s organisaton and paperwork side ensured that I knew every step of the process and felt everything was under control until completion. I am glad to say I have recommended UA’s service to my family members and friends and they have all been delighted with the service they received.
Upload Abode have sold a couple of houses for us and each time they have done a great job, receiving multiple offers and always showing excellent honesty, integrity and transparency.
I have bought and sold a few properties via Upload Abode, the customer service is first class, they are always proactive and achieve the best possible outcome for their customers.
Sorry but I couldn’t give a zero here altho I wanted to , if you can use any other company in my personal view ( which I’m entitled to hold) as the customer please do so.
Totally unimpressed from start to finish felt very Arthur Daley in their whole approach.

After only a few days on the market we had already secured an offer above the Home Report value. At that stage you advised that you wished to withdraw the property from the market due to a change in your circumstances and confirmed that you were happy with the work carried out and that you would pay the agreed fee.
The concerns raised in this review only arose later when payment for the services delivered was requested. For that reason we strongly dispute the characterisation made in this review.
We have a full record of the communications between us and are confident that these clearly reflect the professional service provided throughout.

Just sold our house through the Uddingston branch and had such a great experience.
Every member of the team is so polite, friendly and helpful.
Paul and Ciara came to the house and took great pictures and made an amazing video, also using a drone to take an aerial view of the house and garden, great touch!
They put a " coming soon " feature on all social media platforms, which created interest before the house even went on the market!
They have such a modern approach to selling your home, I've been left feeling let down by other more
" traditional " estate agents in the past.... not this time!
Lynnette and Kasey kept us informed every step of the way, and were always friendly and helpful, as was Charlene.
Every member of staff deserves a pat on the back for their great attitude and friendliness.
Upload Abode also achieved even more than we hoped for, and found lovely new owners for our home.
