Stay away
I placed an order for a small item and received a shipping confirmation, but I never received the item. I forgot about the order but checked back with the merchant 3 months later. I received the following message:
"After 5 months? there is nothing we can do. Any items not received should have been reported long before this."
After calling Royal Mail it turned out that tracking information was available showing that the item had never been delivered and that the sender had been notified of this at the time.
The merchant stopped responding to my messages, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Not a trustworthy site.
