I love the quality of these underwear! They are very absorbent. They do leak sometimes but when they do it’s not usually very much so I appreciate the less mess during this potty training time. We’re just starting day four and so far there has been no improvement on him knowing when he needs to go which is very disappointing. For reference he’s 2yrs 10mo and we’ve tried to potty train like 3 other times with other methods with no success.
Not sure if I need to be more patient with it and just keep going or if maybe this wasn’t the secret to him finally figuring it out.

The pants themselves are ok but this company signed me up to a subscription for gummies I didn’t ask for. Disgusted that they can use my details to charge for something I don’t want.

Will never give them my customer again. Please avoid as others have said!

Would not recommend. The pants themselves are ok quality. But shipping takes 3 weeks to arrive. And they signed me up to a gummies subscription where it wasn't obvious i was signing up for a subscription. And refund process was challenging. Will not be purchasing anyyfrom here again.

I just ordered UpAiry and can’t wait to try them on for my son. We emailed customer service because the size that I got is a bit snug on him so I exchanged it to the right size first. Luckily, Kimberly the one who helped me is so accomodating very helpful and she was able to fix my problem. I will surely pass this on to my Mum Friends so they can order too! All the best UpAiry! Shipping takes forever (probably from China) + they secretly sign you up for a subscription for $35 gummies. If it wasn't for Trustpilot, I wouldn't have realized they signed me up for those gummies. Luckily, I was able to cancel before they charged me again after many clicks to get to the cancellation. They should invest more in fulfillment than nonstop ads and scam subscription tactics.

The training underwear has been such a big help on the potty training process and it did not take long for our little one to catch on! They are such a great tool for the potty training!

I emailed this company 3 times and not one response.
They claim they couldn't deliver my items when I get packages almost every day. Then they claimed they tried at 10:56pm ... it was only 8pm... so how did they get into the future??

No 800 number to call... horrible scammers.
I sent the last email today and sent a complaint on their site and Instagram which tells you to email them. So a cycle of useless notes and no results.

Bit wary about ordering but just to reassure my order came quickly and packed great. Cant wait to see if these can help with my Autistic Grandson. Will up date when I can.

Very nice quality. We are potty training our 2 year old and tried the UpAiry pants on him before bed to test how he reacts and if it's comfortable, happy to say he had them on for a whole 40 minutes without an accident. Took them off and were dry. They look good, outstanding quality and my boy smiled when he had them on, independence growing! Definitely recommend and will be buying more :) thank you

The company is legit and sells good underwear, but it loses a star because some of the marketing seems fake with fake reviews and that kind of thing, which is why I want to leave my honest review here.

With the right expectation, these underwear are great. First off, these are underwear, not diapers. Anyone who gets them thinking they will never leak will be disappointed. When my daughter first got her UpAiry underwear, she was used to peeing whenever and wherever she wanted in her diapers. For the first couple days she wore them like diapers, and they did leak because she peed in them the way she did her diapers. She quickly learned, though. The underwear do hold a decent amount of moisture, and she figured out pretty quickly how to wear them properly, not treating them like diapers. They are easy to wash and good quality, and I recommend them for those reasons, plus I like all the different styles there are. Note: the "new" styles are a few dollars more, so if you want to save a few dollars, then pick the "old" ones.

Despite the claim of toddlers learning in two to three weeks on average, this has not been the case for us. I think this is because my daughter is very stubborn and keeps peeing in her underwear from time to time, even though she knows how to do it fully at this point. So, don't buy these underwear thinking they will be a cure-all for potty training, but they do work, they are good quality, they do help toddlers recognize the pee signals as advertised, and I like them enough that I've just placed a second order for the next size up. The store also offers discount codes which help, too.

Hope this review helps for anyone on the fence: it's not a scam, but it's not magic either, but I do recommend them.

Be very wary! Was signed up to a subscription of gummies that came free with the order that I didnt even want. £31 !! Disgusting practice as only wanted to order the toilet training pants! No mention of any subscriptions until an email came through to say they had sent out the order and had charged my card. Do not use this company!!

Unwittingly charged for a subscription that I had no idea I was signed up for as part of the free gift.

Ridiculous cost for there gummy subscription so be wary as they don't make it obvious you going to be charged monthly

Our experience with UpAiry has been great, our daughter loves the patters, too! While we bought a size that was too small, Christine from the Customer Care Team was very helpful in guiding us to find the right size for our daughter. We look forward to continuing to use these potty training underwears to help her transition out of expensive pull-ups!

Didn't receive items and have not been issued my refund as requested and promised. Hard to contact or get reliable customer service

I thoroughly researched training pants and decided to order UpAiry for my 21-month-old, as I wanted to start potty training early. Based on the size chart, I ordered a Medium, but they ended up a little too big and loose around the legs.
I contacted UpAiry to request a return and place a new order. Their customer service was amazing — Grachelle replied almost immediately and arranged for a smaller size to be sent right away. She even told me there was no need to return the original pair and that I could donate them.
I truly appreciate their customer-first approach. It was such a positive experience that it inspired my friend (who has an older boy) to try them as well — and he’s now happily using the Medium size I received.
Highly recommend both the product and the company!

Promised me a refund but nothing and that was nearly a month ago. Scam, didn’t fit, leaked and unfit for purpose so they said we will return the money as it was within the time frame, 10 business days, nothing… emails and Facebook messages all ignored. Don’t do it I’m £53 down
