I ordered in dec 26 I still haven't received my order the order number is 2007 I checked everything about the website nothing was wrong with the link no 1 letter differences it was the right link I emailed you guys alot and no response

My mom was the one using my phone to text the up4hours person, and she said some really stupid and offensive things when she was arguing over my order. I’m really sorry, and if you could I’d just like a refund. She’s embarrassed me a lot and I’m asking if we can get in contact about the refund. Once again, I’m very sorry for my mothers idiodicy.

I was about to buy the product until I read their shipping policy. It can take up to 120 days. Whats the point of paying for express shipping for 2 - 3 day shipping for it to still take 120 days??? I will not be risking it and buying this product.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Email communication is a gmail and the person handling it must be a teen. Called me an "idiot" with a laughing emoji face saying to read policies. Their shipping takes longer then 120 days. Never have come across a more ridiculous site.
