The equipment is spectacular, however I bought it at the time with the cane and as it was sent in separate packages, only the tricycle arrived and not the cane. I bought the cane again and after almost two weeks asking for the shipping number to be able to track it I still can't get a response. If I can't link this number (which they still haven't given us) with us, I will lose another cane.

Order did take a long time to get delivered but I did plan accordingly for my grandson 1st birthday present. I opened the box and received a totally different bike brand and not the correct color. I wrote customer service, hopefully they send me the correct bike or give me a refund.

We are very disappointed because we never received the bike we ordered 3 months ago!!!!
We would like to know if and when the bike will be delivered.
In any case our money should be refunded! Thanks

I gave the trike to my old grandson for his 2 year old birthday. The moment we opened the package he started riding it around very very happily in the tricycle mode. It seems the two-wheeler mode is too difficult for him at this moment but the best part about this bike is that we can make the change whenever he is ready. Very stable and buttons are smooth to press. Maybe If the tires(rubber?) were a little bit thicker it might be more comfortable. We are happy with it!

Fast and efficient

super easy to assemble, my kid is still little to use it, but he likes it a lot! for now we just push him around but in a couple weeks im sure he will be able to ride it.

I still have not received the item I purchased and it’s been a month and a half.

This trike seems very cheap . The clip for the putter broke as i assembled the trike... im not sure the trike itself will last all summer after my child has played with it

We bought a 4 in 1, but you sent the stick separetly from the trycicle, so it never arrived. When we asked you, the answer we recieve was that we had to pay for the shipment (it was in a port in Asía!) to send it to Miami and then pay extra to send it to Costa Rica (the place I live). So now we pay extra for the stick, we never recieved the stick, and if it arrive we have to pay extra.
This is a bad service

Great communication and prompt delivery. I was just very disappointed at the condition of the box when it arrived as it was a gift. The box had been extremely badly damaged, so bad I thought the bike would be also damaged but it was okay. I provided feedback about this but haven’t heard back as to why the box was delivered in this condition. The bike is a big hit with my grandson and he is loving it.

I ordered the upgraded and most expensive one for almost $200. Very disappointed. The bike wasn't boxed and it looked like it has been used already! The pedal is not working. I wish I can return it!!!

It is a good product, but the warehouse needs to do a better job of packing the materials to assure all pieces are present. Took almost two months end the issue. Also the black pedal loses it's grip on the metal metal piece it attaches to.
