I do not wish to give a star for Tyson’s Corner Untuckit has the worst customer service but I had too. I am not returning back there til I hear from a district of that region. This female helped me with my purchase, but she was really pushy and forcing me to buy. She kept on talking about her dad on how he has this and that. I bought one shirt from her and I threw it away. Because it was not the shirt I wanted it. I saw two other employees they were really nice with their customers not pushy but advising them. I specifically saw that there is this Asian Lady with a blonde hair, she had a returning customer she helped before. I saw her customer was very happy with her service. He walked out smiling and he told her that he will be back just to shop with her. I heard he only shops with her. I want that experience, I want her experience at that store. How can I get her experience from that store? I want to know her position, her name so I know who to go to. She stand out to my attention with that customer service.
I think you all need to change the people at that store. Besides the Asian girl and the African American guy they give the best service to the other clients but I got stuck with this crazy lady. I never give her my email for receipt asked for print out. Will never give my email to a girl like that. The girl who helped me was very pushy, I do not like that type of service the worst.
SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME, I NEED DISTRICT REGION MANAGER OF THAT REGION WITH THAT STORE.
Rapid service.
Ordered M size tee shirts, delivered the next day, I had to exchange for S size, my returns were collected the same day and the new size was delivered the following day. Rapid service and excellent quality t shirts and perfect fit once I ordered the correct size.
They must have changed their sizing…
They must have changed their sizing because the shirts are a lot longer than they used to be. I recently ordered shirts in the same size and fit as I have in the past and the new ones are a full inch maybe more longer than my old ones.

Good, Not Great
I really like their shirts, though their quality control could be slightly better. After one wash in the gentle cycle, the shoulder seam on a linen shirt started to fray. I didn't notice it when I got, so maybe thats on me? Not sure their full retail price is the best bang for your buck, but you can almost always get them on sale.

Super fast delivery, ordered Thursday and item arrived Saturday morning, so that was a great start. It was my first time ordering from UNTUCKit but I can genuinely say I’m super pleased with the quality of the Henleys! Definitely recommended.
Consistency
Ordered a few times from UNTUCKit now for shirts and a jumper and couldn’t be happier quality & fit have been great.
Seen a few reviews on here about bad delivery but from the 3/4 orders I’ve now made, had no problems with deliveries, all arrived within couple of days from order (SouthWest UK).
Love the fit/ Quality
Love the fit - my working life has changed and gone are the days of wearing more formal business shirts, that look like I am wearing a dress if untucked.
Really impressed with the quality of the flannel. Buying a shirt in the sale so was really good value for money.

Delivery fine but fit a disappointment
Delivery fine. Nice customer experience. Nice shirt.
Fit of shirt a disappointment. I take medium with 38" chest and 33" waist. Height is 176 cm. Medium slim is too long and too wide. A short regular fit will be the right length but still too wide by about an inch and so won't sit on the waist. Had higher hopes Untuckit would be the right thing but I will have to continue down the alterations route to get the fit I want.
BUYER BEWARE
Ordered on November 22, 2020 and received shipping confirmation November 23, 2020. Website said 5-7 business days free ground shipping. Expected to receive December 2, 2020 well before my husband's birthday December 11, 2020. I know things get lost, but the customer service department has yet to respond to my request for refund or re-ship. I will not be giving my business to this company again. Hopefully Discover Card will refund the purchase ($150+) because I don't expect to hear from Untuckit after looking at other reviews. BUYER BEWARE.
Update December 29, 2020. Finally received the package today. Upon closer inspection of the USPS tracking history, it took the company 8 days to get the package to the post office which put it in the early Christmas shipping snag. I still have not heard from the company after 3 different methods of communication attempts (email, phone and website). Ended up buying my husband a Kuhl shirt of the same style but with much better quality at around the same price.
Great Shirts
I've bought a few shirts from these guys and am really happy with the quality and the fit. I've had no issues with delivery unlike some of the other reviews
Huge fan!
Since their launch in the UK, I have become a huge fan of Untuckit (apart from possibly the name!!). Their clothes are simple but stylish, arrive on time, are exactly what they promise to be on the box, and I feel great wearing them. I also like their price point.
Quality shirt and well made
Good shirt and well made! Love that I can size once and then order on repeat. Unlike other reviewers, I had no issues with delivery time - it was super quick. Bit on the pricier end (which is why I've not given it five stars) but you definitely get what you pay for.
It's a weird one
It's a weird one - this company ain't 'cool' per se, but the product is awesome. I found my size and now buy them on repeat. I generally get mine online (used to get it from the US but now they have UK) - which has been fine for me
A company that over promises and under delivers
this organization provides truly poor customer service. I have never been so outraged in my life. I will not continue to provide them with my business as they do not stand behind what they say in any way shape or form. Go buy a shirt from another reputable established company that wont give you the run around. I think they might be just a company operating out of a guys garage with a good website
Be careful ordering from them
Be careful ordering from them. Not sure if they are fraudulent or simply not super honest. They confirmed my order ($100+ USD) on the fifth, but when I finally checked, it was just delivered to the shipper on the 11th. When I wrote them, they wrote back within seconds claiming they had checked my order's shipping and there was a delay. How can a company check anything if they respond in seconds?

I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered shirts 11/24 got an email that my order would be shipping soon and given a tracking number. I called the company to find out why the status hadn't changed in a week and she said it was the post office. NOT TRUE. They are still awaiting the items Do they only have 4 people working there. Terrible service and now reading quality reviews I have to wonder if worth it.

Customer service are the worst
Customer service are the worst, and their courier is bad. The tracking on their website has not moved or changed for over a week. I have sent customer service an email 2 times and tried to contact them via live support. They do not reply. Things I ordered online from other shops, after this have arrived so they cannot blame covid etc. Just a bad company with terrible customer services, relying on a bad delivery company! I will be forced to try for a chargeback.
