I was excited to join the community after i purchased over 50 NFT domains. I tried to engaged (professionally and politely) i listed some of with UD and Partners Issues and their reply was a little protective and somehow many excuses of things without really suggesting any solutions. So i left it at that and few days later i realised that I was removed from the suggestion section. This make me think that they are trying to keep members ignorant so they buy domains without understanding and FOMO during this blockchain gold rush. If you look at the general discord is all about weather, cat and dogs... so not sure to be honest and has left me a bad taste and I think they are hiding something and trying to sell as much as possible till people realise its not what they thought it was. So i don't know if you would call it a scam but its misleading with all those advertisements.

Is the best platform. I had a problem with purchasing a domain, and i sent USDC on wrong network, instead of Ethereum, but they managed to give me a a cupon that was equal with the value of the domain. Also the support center is the best, fast, professional and very polite.

I have bought quiet a few (over 2 dozen) domain from UD and I have never had a problem purchasing. It has always been really straight forward and easy to day.

Today for the first time I had a problem claiming one of the domains (the transaction appeared to have been stuck). I contacted UD via the chat functionality and within a minute or so 'Alejandro' reached out and started helping me with the issue. He listened/read to the problem, understood what the issue I had, and then step by step advised what he was going to do to address the issue (and what I might need to do to see it in my wallet). The issue was resolved quickly and without complications.

Overall I am very happy with UD product and now having needed to contact support I am very happy with the support offered (in fact I asked him for a link so I could write a review about the service I received - so you could say I was impressed, I was dreading it would take much longer and be more convoluted). I was very pleasantly surprised. :)

The process of buying the domain name was flawless. 3ady to understand, clearly explained and user friendly. I did run into some issues minting the domain but that was user error. I am thankful for their amazing support team. My first request for help was answered immediately by email. They walked me through the process and continued email conversations until I was all setup. Fantastic company, amazing support, what more could you ask for!

Hey everyone i just wanted to save someone from getting scammed from unstoppable domain, please that you will suffer if you choose to use their services and especially their affiliate system. i did work with them as an affiliate and they really tried to scam me from my earnings for the last 5 months to just get my 22$ until today they just sent it but before they told me that they did and they keep trying to make me believe i made a mistake, but I'm not and today they did sent it, but please stay away for your own safety they are not trustworthy so don't get scammed or fooled by design and all that marketing, UnstoppableDomains Are Scammers, if Proofs Needed i will provide Them.

I just had another excellent experience in writing and submitting a support request to the folks at Unstoppable Domains, in what was for me, something of a high anxiety situation. Outcome aside, I was much relieved to have a Quick and personal reply that clearly was composed only after a thorough review of my account on their end, and I won’t forget the niceness of that level of attention in forming a well-informed first response to my query. I applied for a refund. They asked to give back domains, then I sent them. However, I haven't got my money back. They stole. THEY"RE ROBBERS.

avoid @ all costs Really bad company bought some coms overpriced joined the affiliate program got sales no payment excuse after excuse they need audit there cooking the book crooks

Needed to send quite a few emails to get a typo error in my email address corrected. It has finally been corrected…but, it was frustrating. Glad it is now correct.

unstoppable domains the problem is solved in a timely manner, the experience is very good, encounter problems must be timely and team communication, team efficiency is very high!

I'm so upset this company is the company you think it is if I was everyone stay away from .
I bought 3 domains each 1 is still pending 4 day later plus I paid for 1 with bitcoin didn't go through so I had to buy it again with a visa payment secondly I created a ticket to explain to the company what happened, the company replied saying ,oh we will be in
contact to fix your problem please don't make another ticket because there is a lot of other people in front of you come on alot of other people what kind of company is this.

I registered & minted over 60 of their NFT’s & I must say Kudos to the UD guys. Even a dummy like me can do it. I would suggest those that complain didn’t read/watch the how-to’s before jumping in & are blaming UD for their experience. Suggest taking a look in the mirror…!

I purchased over 20 domains during the 2021 Black Friday Bogo sale and accidentally minted the domains on my iOS device. I tried to transfer the purchased domains to my family members but could not because of a default assigned wallet address by the Unstoppable Domain app, but thanks to Art & Noel, they both helped me solve the issue via email support. Thanks, Unstoppable Domain support team!
