Appalling Service
Had an account with Unotelly for a number of years with okay service. I took out another one year contract but the service has not been working properly. Therefore, after countless messages of Unotelly informing me that engineers are looking into the issue, I have decided to use another provider. I asked Unotelly for a refund informing them that I am not receiving the service I have paid for, to which I got a denied response. The staff do not get back to you in a timely manner, I have been awaiting a response for over nine days...absolutely appalling. I am continuing with my refund request and hope that others having the same issue are also successful. A warning to all DNS users I think.
