The TV shelf from Unoliving that never was...
I ordered a TV bench/table from Unoliving at the beginning of October. Several weeks later, their delivery carrier (Bring) reported that that one of two parcels from Unoliving was on route for delivery, but it had to be returned to sender since the carrier never received the second parcel.
Unoliving customer service apologised and promised to send the two parcels to me again, immediately. This time, I received the delivery which turned out to be only one of the two parcels, and thus only containing half of the components needed for assembling the furniture. Unoliving apologised again and promised to send the second parcel to me immediately, and offered 25% discount in compensation. I accepted their apology and welcomed their gesture.
However, in their third attempt to send me my order, the second parcel was incorrectly registered as a "small delivery" in their third attempt to send me my order, and my parcel was returned back to sender - yet again.
It has now taken Unoliving 4months and three attempts to send their delivery to me, and I have yet to receive my furniture. Following the most recent emails from me - politely expressing my frustration with the state of play, the company has simply decided not to respond to me. They have also all of the sudden stopped operating customer service over telephone.
As such, I have now decided to cancel my order and I recommend everyone to avoid doing business with Unoliving.
Ridiculous Experience

Service not worth any penny
I’ve spent 17k on my orders in total in this company, and when my bed broke I couldnt get any response for more than one month. Super bad service.
Impossible to get in contact with
Ordered a outdoor storage box in October 2024 get info that it will be delivered in 25th of Jan 2025. Very long lead time but this is fine. They have now charged me for the product which has not been delivered and I have tried to contact them for weeks both via email and phone with no answer.

I purchased a tv unit just before Christmas.
Not so long after the sliding doors started to fall apart and I mean I to pieces.
I have tried on multiple occasions to co tact and call without reply or answer.
Over 4000kr for a tv bord that is only good for fire wood.
Now my only option is to go to there office face to face.
Terrible service.

I’m actually unsure if it’s a scam and if we ever get our product. It’s been more than a month now and I haven’t heard back from the customer service. I guess I will never see my order ormy 1000DKK either….

Stay clear
Ordered a single piece of furniture on 30th November and paid for it then. Haven't heard anything since. No updates online and Unoliving do no respond to emails nor answer the so called customer service line.

No reply from this companies customer service.
Delivery company they use is absolutely useless. Currently lost my order, after making me wait at home for the entire day during my holiday. Only found out it wasn’t coming because I called them, after receiving a text saying it will be delivered in 30minutes and 3 hours later I was still waiting. They cannot tell me when or if they will find it. Change courier!

What happened to my order?
I have placed an order on the 1st of December, and I paid for it. I received an order confirmation and the product is in stock, with an expected delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks.
I tried to contact the email on the 11th of December and I received an auto-reply, but did not get a response, and when I am trying to contact the phone, it is closed due to sickness?
I am just unsure whether I got scammed.
I do not recommend!!!
I have ordered and paid for a desk a month ago. Not only I did not get my furniture but also I was not provided with any information about the delivery. Noone answered my email nor picked up the phone at the customer service. Seems that I was cheated.

Ordered not delivered for 5 months
I made an order in march (5 months ago) that has still not been delivered. And their support has beed lying and dragging this along all this time. They keep telling me the delivery is ongoing.
I unfortunately also payed for it.

It's the worst company ever
It's the worst company ever. I have ordered a wardrobe closet in June, and in the confirmation email, it said that in a few days, I would receive a delivery date. Email never came, and after 12 days I contacted them. They responded the day after that, they would contact me when they found out why I hadn't received the delivery email. They again ignored my email until I contacted them again 3 days later, where they said that they had a system failure and I would receive a confirmation email the same day. Surprise, surprise, email never came. 4 days later, I asked about delivery and email, but they completely ignored the email. In the meantime I noticed that the amount in my bank account that was reserved suddenly disappeared, meaning they had already then cancelled my order. I've also noticed that for the same closet they increased price - now it is double price. After all that I decided to cancel my order on their website, and suddenly 30 minutes later, I got an email about delivery which of course, is now cancelled. They immediately confirmed with a new email that my order was cancelled. If you want to save money and time, and avoid having terrible shopping experience don't buy from here!
