These people are so wrong! Saying it’s 0.99 and when you you push the button it says other wise ! All I am asking is why ? Why is this a scam ? Why is the truth not told ! My Apple Pay was charged 35.13 like really I am so glad apple has restrictions!

They're breaking the law and are unethical. I requested opting out. I do NOT want my information on their site. I followed instructions to the letter, then after I did that, I tested it and searched my name. My personal information was and still is in their website. When I tried to opt-out again, they banned me. I tried a third time, and I received the same message that I am banned. I am banned for trying to opt-out. We have rights to privacy.

This site advertised to be FREE but WAS NOT!!! I tried to cancel but was SOO DIFFICULT to do!! I will continue to try and cancel this and if it continues to be difficult I WILL call authorities to insure its done!!!

Sooo... they advertise $1 and try to charge card for $29.99 AFTER advertising as a free site! So what are we considered to be by this company? Absolutely and unequivocally stupid 🙄

Finally a free people search company. I have used it multiple times and I am impressed with the company. I found some information that helped me find what I was talking about. Highly recommend it

It's very difficult to get your information removed from this site. I found a listing that has my phone number attached to my father's name. This site and many like it are the reason I get calls all day asking if my father is around. It's my cell phone, no one that has any legitimate business with him would call my phone. Trying to load his profile was unnecessarily drawn out. The fake "loading information" screens are supposed to make you believe there's some complicated process to finding a person. It's unnecessary and ALWAYS leads you to a payment screen. They take your information from elsewhere online and ask you to pay to access it. Don't ever trust a company like this with your money. You're getting nothing for it, I don't care if it's $100 or $1 you spend.

I was going to use your services to locate a long lost relative. After reading the comments from previous users, I decided to not use this service. I have a question!
When do you mean when you say the service is "free"?
Because by definition, it is not.
I was just about to push that button for the fee of $1.00, and then did just a little more investigating.

Their info. is incorrect and quite outdated.

Says it's 100% free but by the end the URL changed to a different name and asked for money to get the report. This is after making you wait for a very long time while a scroll bar slowly progresses several times.

Needs a class action law suite against this crooked data broker! Linked me to a Tonya Bryant who's a suspect in my Identity theft case as my relative! Thank God I hired a company that remove ALL of my personal information from their website so they cannot make money from selling my information for more people do Identity theft crimes in my name! Hire Data Brokers removal companies!

Unmask is not free at all! It is bogus and I don’t know why they can get away with saying it is 100% free. It is 100% NOT free. You get no information at all until you pay!

I called in to cancel and I have never had better service than I did today. Wish I had written down the person who helped me. I almost stayed with the company simply because of the customer service representative I talked to. Everything else did as it should have.
