Funny how when I submitted my review they finally decided to initiate the refund process a few hours later, but I have been contacting them for almost a week asking where my refund went. Got the email from PayPal hours after my review, not many days ago as opposed to what’s being insinuated on the response.

At first, unlocklocks.com claimed on 2 consecutive days that my phone has been successfully unlocked. Upon checking, it isn’t. Customer service at first was quick to respond. Chat rep confirmed that it still is apparently locked. I requested for refund. Chat rep tried to convince me to wait another 24 hours, I refused as it has been way past the timeframe I was given. Chat rep stated refund is on the way. Almost a week now and no refund and no representative to be found. No one responding to my emails. Always #1 on queue then they say leave email address for contact. No one responds anymore. They just took my $50 and no response at all. Can’t even call it.

The unlock does not work. I would like my money back

It was quite fast and received double confirmation/invoice of the process which made me think I was double charged.
I've sent an email asking for clarification but later next day I've received another copy of the same invoice. A bit confusing and a bit pricier than other competitors but overall a great service.

Man this guy's were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about what they are doing. I mess up when they give me that unlock code and they were able to provide me with two different codes for me to be able to unlock my phone. I waited for the network unlock code of my optus pro x 2 more than 10 days. I didn't even recieve the code.
I emailed them. But they didn't reply. I'm not a bot. And i bet most comments here are set up.😔💔

Got the unlock code in 48 hours and was able to get the network lock disabled.

Really easy to use, comfortable user guidance, fast response time, worked without a glitch, very affordable. Would definitely use unlocklocks again.

I thought at first that I wasn't going to be able to unlock it but I followed there directions or instructions and I unlocked my phone. Technology is so difficult sometimes but they made it easy. Thank you. Also you have to follow instructions.
