This is a scam seller games

The customer support is pretty much a joke. 24/7 is mentioned but once you ask something you have to wait around 2-3 hours for a single sentence response..

This is a scam. I have not received my order and they have been ignoring me and not answering my emails. I want a refund and I don't know how to get it.

The support team is very helpful they will make sure you get your item no matter what.

Don't expect to receive what you've paid for. Their systems either aren't automated or the people not competent. Either way, after trying to get an answer from their chat bot that says they usually answer "in a few minutes" for several hours, I'm ending up reversing the charge on my credit card for nondelivery.

I ordered a switch game for my nephews birthday, the limited edition 3-D Mario All Stars. Knowing it was rare and likely only obtainable by account not key.

Received confirmation mail which bizarrely says visit this link to get activated once we have the key. Well it's 7 days later, they only replied to me the first day, to say come back when you get the confirmation email which didn't come. And they are now ignoring all my messages. Go via allkeyshop to reputable stores, this is just screaming scam at this stage, ad is still up on Google, they clearly do not have the game. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Was a good help and got the account and game sorted.

Although, the tutorial to get it sorted could have been more decriptive, as the 8 letter digit code you need is at the end of the internet address bar after scanning the barcode it doesnt take you to a page where the 8 letter code is visible.

They are terrible they said I'd get my refund and I never got my money back they steal money they need to get sued cyber security should shut them down immediately

They screwed me over, they deserves to have their website destroy. They stole my money !!!

I purchased 2 Switch games for a total of 61,90 eur. and till this day: NO email confirmation of purchase & after my customer service approaches: not one response, i sent 2 emails, 2 online form complaints and copy pasted online chat 4x my request for where my order was. And why i in my account see 'processing'.. And the worse thing is, i checked on a website if they were a scam site and got positive checkmarks and that they were legit as website. The digital world has become a sad scamming, power money greed world.
For me, these 2 games were a gift and it is for me a lot of money.. I am so disappointment in not first have bought a cheap game.. So my warning: do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM UNLIKD.COM !

Account was hacked into a few weeks after purchasing (the original user who sold their account with game on logged back in and changed the password) and all save progress was lost. Unlikd refused a refund, despite confirming the account had been hacked, on the grounds that this wasn't a reason for refund given in their refund policy. Customer service were unable to understand or deal with the issue and just didn't reply when writing back to question the decision

DO NOT waste your money on this website. Bought a cheap game to test if the site is genuine and after 8 hours still waiting for the order.
Tried to contact them and customer service answered after 3 hours and nothing since then.
Probably all good reviews are from the site owners 😂.

They don’t sell keys they sell reused accounts. Have tried tirelessly to get a refund, not activated it yet it shows as activated, they want you to create a new account on your console using credentials that are being reused for everyone. Games are not playable and they don’t have any easy way to get in touch to get a refund.
