Don't trust the high ratings even…
Don't trust the high ratings even Trustpilot warns about fake reviews on this page. They act like they’re a UK company, but all their agents are sitting in India messaging you from +91 numbers on WhatsApp.
I learned this the hard way. My agent, Ishan, straight up lied to me. He promised I had a payment extension approved just to get me to sign the contract. When I finally contacted the actual property manager myself, they confirmed it was completely made up. I was totally deceived, they made lies about insurance claims, payment extension, they simply don't care about you.
Honestly, my whole booking experience would have been so much better and way less stressful if these agents were never involved. Skip the middleman, save yourself the headache, and just book directly through your accommodation's official website.

Disappointing Experience
Initially, I was happy with Mahir’s help with my room booking. He assured me that everything was fine, and asked me to leave a review, so I wrote a positive one based on my experience at the time.
However, after booking, I discovered that the room was not as promised, and I was not informed about available discounts or offers. I was also uncomfortable when Mahir asked to access my account. I raised my concerns with Janvi from the Customer Operations Team but received no correct response.

University Living Was a Lifesaver
I was in a different country and had trouble finding housing for college for my next semester. I tried endlessly to reach the properties and find out more details, but I failed and was at risk of having nowhere to live. University Living was my saviour. Manthan specifically made the process so much easier. I asked him endless questions, and he always replied so quickly. He continually checked on my progress and accommodated all the mistakes I had made while trying to do it myself earlier. Whenever I needed a response from the property, he reached out instantly and was always available to contact them on my behalf and help me, right to the very end. Laughably Bad
Terrible service. Says accommodations are available that aren’t and allows you to make a deposit immediately. Also has agents from India who try and push you into accommodations without listening to your concerns. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I’m just hoping I get my refund. Do not recommend whatsoever. Book direct, never through these people
Edit: So not only did they falsely advertise a room thats available, they booked me into a CLASSIC studio instead of the DELUXE studio I paid for and then tried to pass it off as fine, completely without my say so. They also asked me to send over a passport with little information. They just said 'the room has become available'. Never give these people the benefit of the doubt. They are frausters who just want commission. Evil company.

Indeed a good experience
I had taken two services. Accommodation and for Flight tickets. So both services were provided in a very smooth way by the agents associated with. Even though there was a small little gap in communication with one person for which im not giving 5 star. I was not satisfied with the answers coz it was a bit casual approach by them. But i don’t think it will affect University Living because the platform is amazing overall. Its trustworthy. The seniors are good problem solvers. Misled into a nightmare with Habyt — still haven't received my deposit
I am leaving a 1-star review because University Living is the sole reason I ended up booking with Habyt. They act as the middleman and push you into these contracts, but offer zero accountability when things go wrong. Because of this booking, my deposit has still not been paid back. University Living needs to thoroughly vet the accommodation providers they partner with instead of leaving students stranded with missing money and no support. Avoid using this service.
