I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but Universal Vans made it impossible not to.

From start to finish I felt like I was genuinely valued as a customer. I was always able to speak with the same advisor (David) throughout the entire process which added an element of continuity and ensured that everything went smoothly. No requirement was too much.

They were able to source the specific Van that I had in mind when other company's were not. Better still, they did so at a competitive price and timely manner.

The Van was delivered in immaculate condition (as advertised) and I truly believe they took great pride and passion in delivering on their word.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would implore others to use them. They offer the professionalism of a corporate company but with the personalised experience of bespoke service.

As the director of a busy company I find it difficult to find the time to sort my vehicles issues. So I was looking for a new van and was recommended Universal Vans. I can honestly say the professionalism and attention to detail, that received was fantastic.
