I found a piece of medical equipment my 87-year old father needed quickly. The website says " Availability: usually ships in 5-7 business days." I called to ask if I could speed that up, and was told to elect 2-day shipping - $50, but I needed it. A week later, the item hasn't arrived. When I called the company, I was told "lead times are different from shipping times." No one thought to clarify that when I asked how to speed things up, and everyone expect 2-day shipping to be 2-day delivery. Company refused to do anything and maintained that their website was clear. Don't do business with them!
