AMAZING service!
I have used 3 times to move between London and Paris. All the suitcases were picked up and delivered on time. All the people I met from Universal Drop were extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend Universal Drops. Prices are extremely fair. The service is professional and efficient. I also used the service when I had to move unexpectedly during the COVID 19 crisis and Universal Drops really helped me to move smoothly without any stress. Thank you again!

Why Everyone Should Use Universal Drops
I would highly recommend Universal Drops as their customer service is AMAZING! My daughter left UCL suddenly due to the travel ban imposed by President Trump thus leaving all her belongings behind in her dorm room. We coordinated with Ramsay Hall to have Universal Drops wrap, pack, & deliver her items to her storage unit for a very reasonable amount. When we discovered she wouldn’t be returning, Abdul from Universal Drops offered to video call from her unit and went through all 9 boxes item by item so we could determine what to ship back and what to donate to charity/trash. Within 24 hrs, those items were repacked for international shipping and I received confirmation from DHL that 7 boxes were already shipped to the US all for a very fair price. Abdul was friendly, flexible, and went over and beyond during such a stressful time to get my daughter’s belongings home. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat!!! You would be foolish not to use them as they provide great service at a reasonable cost!
