Dangerous Driving & Dismissive Management

I cannot speak to their installation services, but I can speak to their lack of professionalism and safety. One of their branded vans (registration LY25 SPU) deliberately accelerated to block a safe motorway merge, causing a near-miss hazard, and the driver then made an abusive hand gesture toward my vehicle while my 12-year-old grandson was inside. I submitted dashcam footage of the incident privately to management, hoping they would address the aggressive driving. Instead, management sent a highly dismissive and defensive email making excuses for their driver's road rage. A company's culture starts at the top, and dismissing aggressive behavior on public roads speaks volumes about how they operate.
