It’s a great experience with universal translation highly recommended very professional and easy

UTS translated several documents for me quickly and accurately, I am very satisfied with their service.

This company is a scam. I did a translation job for them and I have not been paid at all despite multiple attempts to contact PM and the payment department. Watch out.

The transition was wrong. I called customer services three times; the last time, he said he would call me back, but he did not. I am very disappointed.

Orginal Review: OK, I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW. I spent forty dollars for them to translate my birth certificate, and guess what happened? They only translated the part that said that my DAD is the father, NOT my mom. THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO THE WHOLE THING????? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

EDIT: NVM THEY FIXED IT FOR FREE. 100% WOULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. It seems like an honest mistake, but their customer services reply super quickly. That is something I will give a 5 star to.

I requested a quote describing very clearly that I had a document of less than 250 words over 2 pages and that I would share the final document upon acceptance of the quote due to the sensitive nature of the information contained in it. I received a quote: $20. I wrote back repeating the requirement and asking them to confirm once more the price. It was $20 again.

Based on this, I shared the document asking them the proceed. Surprise: the price for me was now $40! I complained by email but after a couple of messages where they insisted that they did all perfectly and I was wrong, they ghosted me.

I tried chatting with them but they were unresponsive too.

They behaved very dishonesty with me and obtained personal information with a ruse, I'd recommend that you stay away from them.

Late delivery. Sometimes I have to contact you guys to have the project completed.

I had translated documents from Finnish to English, the customer service was quick to respond and professional, the translation is excellent, the system for checking and approving documents is modern and easy to use, the prices are excellent and I definitely recommend

I called Universal Translation Services and asked how long it would take to translate ONE page (my birth certificate).
I was asked to submit my birth certificate for review. After I did, I received a confirmation that my document would be translated in 24 hours. Based on that information I placed an order and received confirmation that "project is in progress" and estimated delivery date was the next day.
Four days have passed and I have not received the translation, and I never heard back from them, so I had to call Project Manager Nidhi Sharma who sent me the confirmation email. She was very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. First she put me on hold while she was “checking” my case, and then told me she COULD NOT find my document! I reminded her that I sent it four days ago, and that she personally confirmed that she’d received it. She kept repeating that she couldn’t find it, and the only way for me to get the translation would be to send my document again!! I told her that it’s Friday afternoon, and if I don’t have the translation I’d be late with the immigration service. She said that nothing could be done until I send the document again. AND THEN SHE HANG UP on me.

Later that day I received an email (this time not signed) telling me that they “have found” my document and will have it translated. It took another two days of waiting. It was a week after placing my order that I finally got the translation.
The kind of service (or rather dis-service) that Universal Translation Services provide is exceedingly late, disorganized, below any acceptable level, and moreover the staff (their so-called “Project Manager”) was incredibly arrogant, impolite and rude. Needless to say, I will not use their service in the future and I will let all my friends know.

Best prices and good quality. I was in a rush, no extra charges. Recommended

Unfortunately, the communication with this company is really bad.
The project we received was not according to the agreement, and when trying to contact the PM we did not get any reply. We would not work with this agency again.
Thankfully the job came via another platform that handled the payment, so we did not lose the money.
