The overall experience with the trailer…

The overall experience with the trailer is not good. During loading, the front wheel stand was already bent. I am keeping it only because I have already completed the Austrian registration; otherwise, I would not keep this trailer.

The installation was also problematic and time-consuming, indicating a big room for improvement, the nuts and bolts are placed in weired way. Although the trailer length is perfect and the side panels are good, I did not receive an electric connection adapter. Normally, Austrian trailer sellers provide this adapter free with the trailer.

I believe that if they improve these things, this trailer could be one of the best. The delivery system was not up to the mark. I asked them to call before coming for delivery, but they failed to do so, and Unitrailer also did not have any clue when the trailer would be delivered.

Lights cables were switched.

All is good in general, but the cables were switched from left to right so I had to spend a couple of hours to fix it.

Great service and great trailer

Great service and great trailer.
It arrived quickly and is of good build quality.
The only point I would make is that my Austrian number plate wouldn’t fit in the holder and the holder was riveted on, so I had to drill them out, buy another holder and then fit it.
This was a little frustrating.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We haven't received such a information from our Austrian customers. Number plates are standardized for all European trailers, so such problems shouldn't take place.
