Unfortunately, due to the Pandemic my business suffered massively, being In the private hire, Mainly Airport transfers business. Therefore, having to close it. Unite Telecoms have been nothing but helpful through this whole time, every single person has wished me well and gone over and above to help me out. Hopefully one day I will be able to come back and will only choose Unite Telecoms. Anyone can run a business that just runs smoothly, but when you have a problem only the good ones that actually care, react in the right way. Hopefully, my industry does improve eventually and when it does I will be back.
So if you are looking for a business that does the easy things well but when the going gets tough is even better, I can only highly recommend Unite Telecoms.

Our system was not the easiest one to sort but the team at Unite did a very good job doing this help and guidance was given the whole way though would highly recommend
I Moved my services over to Unite Telecoms back in November. I have to say they are incredible. From gauging what we needed to what we could need in the future to come up with a solution that will last. The set up went ahead with no issues and we were provided training onsite when the engineer ( Jonny ) I think came to visit. I would also mention the support is so quick, I haven't waited more then 1 minute on the phone before Pat is there and helping me with my issues.
I would highly recommend this company whether you are large or small they will put the effort in to please you.

We found the transition changing over to Unite very smooth, they arranged everything. It was refreshing that we had one person helping us with the transition who would reply to any queries we had very quickly.

This has to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made as an owner of a business.
Moving across from XLN, we were promised top level customer service, quick fibre internet and a local company who cares.
What we got was nice first two weeks followed by complete silence when we began to encounter issues. The internet is no faster than before we moved over. The connections drop out every ten minutes and all we are advised is to reset the router and we aren’t actually able to get hold of anyone half the time.
It’s actually got to the point where our landline can no longer get through to them - we believe it’s been blocked - because when we ring off our mobiles it goes straight through every time.
I can’t NOT recommend Unite Telecoms enough - it’s been a total disaster and an absolute regret. I actually wrote a positive review when we first signed up because I was impressed with the customer service but since then it’s been completely non existent.
Stay well clear.

Unite were able to install and set up a new system is great time when we were let down by our previous supplier. All with a very competitive cost.

I had to do lots of work myself/ ie getting pac code from o2 /this was not initially made apparent 45 min call
Cancellation of direct debt /
payment of leaving contract fees
And insist on 18 nth contact
( previously promised by Luke )
And not according to Patricia
To be fair Patricia has now sorted and all
ok now on 18 months
but maybe a little less hard sell and vague promises / that I then had to insist were implemented would go a long way to enabling me to confidently give future recommendations of your services to others

After the first sales POC of contact left, Lewis, Pat Niciejewska took on our order and quickly processed everything in an efficient and timely manner.
Pat is very calm, friendly and provides regular updates to ensure there is no confusion or misunderstandings during the sales and implementation process
Our devices and SIMS arrived in the post today - all in all Unite have been exactly what I was looking for in a telephone provider.

Just wanted to say thank you to Unite Telecoms for the amazing service especially LEWIS ADAMS he has been a joy to deal with during this process of changing my mobile phone contracts over, Lewis is very helpful, polite, easy to deal with and when we first spoke he assured me that he would always be there for me to talk to and I can honestly say that every time I have needed him he has been available, Lewis has made this sometimes complicated mobile phone switch over seem like a breeze and I’m very happy

I have to say it works well and with a local Manchester area code just gives us that bit more credibility. A side-benefit is I don't have to have my personal contact details on my email footer or Google Business listing, and people can still contact me directly.
Would fully recommend!
