Great platform to sell your things and great customer service. If there’s anything that could improve is the bidding system, people often bid on your items and after accepting their bids they don’t always pay for the sold items, I wish there would be a way of avoiding this. Other than that quite please using the app.

Also good service from the customer support team. I had a problem with one of the seller, I ordered bikini but more then a week i didn’t even received the package. I tried to reached the seller but seems like she’s unreachable. Because of UW already hold my money, as soon as possible i asked for cancellation.
I got a fast response from the customers support (her name is Charlotte). I feel satisfied, i do appreciate with her fast reactions, she helped me to solving my case, she explained very clear.
I hope this case never happens again, i hope even the sellers or buyers should be more responsive.

Do not sell on this platform. I got scammed for over 65 euros worth and when I tried to contact customer support for almost two weeks, they never answered.

United wardrobe gives a new opportunity for peer to peer exchanges. It's simply great. I've always received my goods on time and in best quality.

bought 2 bags from different sellers. One advertised as "New; leather". It was neither. Badly stained and definitely not leather. The other advertised as "mint condition" - was ready for the dustbin. My complaint was dismissed as I have no camera/ smart phone to take photo's. United Wardrobe's advice - "Sell on" In all conscience selling on is not an option, they really aren't fit for use. It is of course in their interest for you to resell instead of returning items ! United Wardrobe haven't answered any of my mails. Any attempt to contact them is ignored. Sellers are permitted to misinform buyers and misrepresent their items without recourse.
Be very careful of them.
UPDATE: Since writing I have had contact with UW. They have - after sending them several photo's - agreed to a full refund. This redeems them greatly in my opinion.

Unreliable company. I never received parcel, which apparently got lost. Even according to T&T it was never delivered, but returned. Still I did not get my money back. They ignore my request for their written policies. DO NOT TRUST.
