Usually i dont do refunds with unisport group, but this time the product broke in a short period of time and i needed to report it. With that being said, everything was perfect - got dealt with fast, Luiza is very polite and opet to help, you understood the problem and helped me solve it, so my experience is a 10/10 and i will definetly be using your site again and buying new football products

We bought football boots from this store and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The boots are excellent, and the price was great too!
Since the size I needed wasn't available at first, I contacted their customer support via email and received a reply immediately. They are very responsive and available for any questions you might have.
On top of that, the delivery was very fast – everything arrived within just 4 business days. This was a wonderful shopping experience and I will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended!

The delivery
The delivery, pasaage through customs & tracking were easy & seamless. Many Mizuno products are difficult to find in the USA. I hope that Unisport will expand its offering of Morelia boots. The Morelia Beta models are great. But there are so many other boots that we are dying to get our hands on!

My order arrived very quickly, in 2 weeks. When there was a problem with one of the items, the claims department responded quickly. In about a week, they not only refunded my money for it, but I didn't have to return it. Extremely correct and accurate. I recommend the site!

Extremely late and unhelpful support
Ordered a uniform for my son March 5th for his mid April season...May 11th and this is the 2nd time I'm being told delivery is 2-3 weeks away. If you can avoid this place do so. Try to have your town's soccer clubs use another vendor
