While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. ⚠️ Warning about Unishopr.com

⚠️ Warning about Unishopr.com: 2.5 months, no product, no refund

I'm sharing my experience with Unishopr.com (Facebook page and WhatsApp support) so others can decide for themselves. All screenshots are attached.

Order details

• Order ID: ODR_27847 (Invoice INV_17265)
• Product: Life Extension Mega Benfotiamine, 180 capsules
• Paid: BDT 5,425 in full via EBL bank transfer, mid-August
• Promised delivery date on the invoice: September 9, 2026

What happened

• Sep 9: Delivery date passed with no update. When I followed up, they said they had "missed my message."
• Sep 12: They said the item hadn't reached Bangladesh yet and gave a new estimate of end of September or early October. I asked for a refund. They agreed and asked for my bKash number on WhatsApp. I sent it the same day with the invoice.
• Sep 21: They said the refund was "already processing."
• Sep 22: They said the refund would come in 7–10 days.
• Oct 1: After a phone call, they sent a screenshot showing they had bought the item, which they had never shared before. They told me it would arrive around Oct 12, so I agreed to take it.
• Oct 14: Still nothing. They said it was at the airport in customs and would arrive "within 1–2 days or by Sunday." I told them I no longer wanted it and asked for my refund.
• Oct 25–26: On both Messenger and WhatsApp, they said the refund was "in process, hopefully this week."
• Today (Nov 1): No refund. They called again saying the product will arrive tomorrow and I should take it.

In total: 50 days since they agreed to refund, and the delivery date has changed at least four times. I have no product and no money.

To be fully transparent: after today's call, I lost my temper and insulted the representative, including cursing his parents. I'm not proud of that, and I'm saying it myself so no one can claim I hid it. But my anger came after 2.5 months of broken promises, not before.

Before ordering from Unishopr, think twice.
