My order was out of stock and they replaced it for a new model without extra cost. Took longer that I wanted, had to be a bearded guy for a few days, but I'm very happy with communications and the way they solved the issue.
To me, a sign that a vendor may be trusted is not necessarily when all goes to plan, but when one has a problem. How does the seller respond and handle the situation and is the outcome satisfactory. In the case of Unisex Groom I can attest that my problem was handled swiftly and in a friendly and charming manner. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.
