Okay, originally the website started good. People seemingly were willing to work with the patron and help build the path to success. Initially.
Then came all of the "upsells". Then came all of the mis-directions. Then came the customer service agent shuffling. Then came the, if you want your files, you have to pay for them, meaning pay again for what you already paid for.

I would NOT engage this website. The only reason I used this so-called web company was because I didn't have the time to build my own website.

You have been warned. Use this web company at your own risk and financial demise.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They built my website I can't find on Google search no single customer I got from the website. Paul smith lied to me that it would cost me CAD 200 to build the site, at the end, I spent over CAD 800, which I didn't plan for. I paid a freelancer to help me create a google search. Now, he wanted me to renew the site by force, which I am not capable of doing financially and healthwise. Due to this, they blocked my official email address that I bought from GoDaddy. I can't have access to my bank account neither my email messages again. Don't ever give them access to any of your information. When they say money back guarantee it's a lie. I asked for my money back, and Paul and Daniel refused to give it to me. Okay, release my email account so that I can continue to have access to my email messages, Paul said, unless I renew the website it's then I can have access to my incoming email messages again. He said the email address has gone with the website. I have screenshots and videos to prove all these. I don't have a store anymore, so I don't need the website but need to have access to my incoming messages. You all can Google flookyteeco.This is a very bad dealing with a customers like this
