I can't get anyone from the company to reply to my emails or phone calls about where my order (paid for) is in the process of shipping.

Scam. 4 months later and I never got my product. Please avoid this company.

Avoid At All Cost. It’s a scam and I lost $425.

Save yourself the time and money and go buy from someone else. I purchased a set of Powerblock dumbbells and they sent me the wrong set twice. I returned both sets and I am still waiting on my refund of $425. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not respond. Completely terrible company.

I have started a charged back through American Express since I have not heard from them in over a month.

Scam company! Do not buy from this company! They will charge your credit card and not ship your product. They will not return phone calls. AVOID!!

This appears to have been a real company once upon a time. Now it clearly is not, it seems to be a fraudulent storefront using the website of the original company.

They will not ship your product. They will not refund your money. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, facebook messages, or voicemails. I have a long paper trail of my repeated attempts to get some sort of response from them. ANY response from them.

I'm being forced to do a chargeback with my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

Selectio, price, ease of website navigation

I needed a new lifting belt and went to my local national chain sporting goods store thinking I could pick it up quick and easy. They did not have the size I wanted and I honestly thought is was very expensive. I looked on-line and found Unique Fitness. They had the size I needed at almost half the price of the national chain. Sweet!

Great price, free shipping and the product color and sizes I needed. What more could you want!

I found Unique after searching for weight lifting belts. The price on a good belt was very good and the purchasing process was simple.

Have not gotten order yet, just finish the purchase. Everything so far has gone smoothly and at a very nice purchase price, very happy to this point just waiting fir delivery to check product out.

Easy ordering online. Order shipped out quickly, was packed well and arrived quickly as well. Everything felt safe and reliable, would definitely order from Unique Fitness Concepts again.

I live in Hawaii and wanted the power block dumbbells but Unique Fitness does not ship this item to my state. I used ShipToHawaii to ship it from CA to HI. Unique Fitness called me to confirm that I was sending it to ShipToHawaii and everything went smoothly. The dumbbells come in 4 separate boxes so getting it to Hawaii is not cheap but if you want this set then this is one way to get it to Hawaii.

Good quality and priced better than Amazon plus I prefer buying direct.

Product delivered on time…easy to assemble. Could use a little more paint…otherwise…I like it!
