Scam company, experimenting with people's life's making people belive they are sick! The actual meaning of uni is female genital, don't go there seek holistic support first!
It was the worst experience ever. Do not book a Covid test with them. I booked a Covid test with them, they sent me a confirmation email with exact date and time and lication, and when I went there everything was closed. And my flight was 5 hours after. I called a representative and explained the situation and they had me on hold for 15 min until my phone run out of money. Of course they did not call me back. They are a scam. Do not trust Unilabs. They are the worst ever. You should really feel ashamed for the "services" you "offer". You ruined my flight. You are the worst.
Poor service, won’t use ever again! They won’t send you your results via email but rather have a very complicated process to access your results online. They keep the access code because they are so dumb they put the access code in a “resguardo” which is what you need to give to the recepcionist to get your results on paper. Cheaper than others but definitely not worth the 15 euro difference.
We booked PCR via Easyjet to return to the UK and contacted Unilabs agents in Velez Malaga. They refused to test us 72hrs before our return as we wanted insisting on a test time less than 48 hrs before our flight.
When we arrived for testing they suggested we didn’t have an appointment, we did.
The lady who did our testing didn’t seem to understand the process consulting manuals and going out to ask for advice. She processed both our tests simultaneously which is not correct procedure - we are both medical and know whats correct and what isn’t and had to point out that she hadn’t labelled either of our test bottles.
She advised us that we would receive an email with results which we later found out was wrong when she emailed apologising and told us that we needed to register on-line to access our results but gave us the wrong access numbers.
We were able to find the correct code and registered that day.
We could see from tracking that nothing was happening with our samples.
We made contact with Unilab and were told a) that it would take between 24 and 48hrs and, separately it would take 48 “business hours” to complete ie no chance with 72 hrs of a flight as required to travel.
29 hours after our test the tracking still showed no sign of our samples being in the process cycle. Unilabs were then closed to contact till after the weekend though the labs may still be open.
We’ve had to make a mad dash to an alternative clinic before everywhere shuts for a long weekend to arrange an antigen test at further expense to provide us with assurance that we can make our flight.
Earlier this year we used Randox to return from Portugal. Despite those samples having to be flown to Belfast for testing we had a response 20 hours after dropping our test in Loule on the Algarve.
Unilabs finally published the results sometime after 10.40 on the following Monday - three days after testing and 24 hrs after our scheduled flight time.
They allege that they did publish our results despite my having 29 screenshots which show a blank results screen and are currently refusing a refund.
Only use if you are happy to throw away 190 Euros
