Good phone, could use a better parcel carrier but whatever, it showed up. Love the features.

Accidentally bought the wrong phone and you wouldn’t let me return / exchange. Very disappointed and will be telling everyone I know not to buy Unihertz on social media and personal unless this is resolved.

One day
My repair request was answered within one day. They provided a link to software which actually got my phone going again, free of charge. Friendly staff, great team!
Great customer service
Unihertz really came through on two different occasions. The first they were able to fix remotely, the second a replacement part was sent to me free of charge straight away.
Their response times were always great.
the usb charging board was Bad
the usb charging board was Bad. Contacted the company, no responses. Contacted the company on social media no response, was completely ignored. Never even got to use the product.
I wish I gave Unihertz a go earlier
Unihertz is one of the only companies making phones which are different to the generic ones on offer. Their prices are amazing for what you get. I recently bought a Tank 3 Pro, and this is the best phone I have had. Yes, it is a tank (it is in the name), but the features and performance...... Wow.
The one issue I had was the accelerometer wasn't correctly calibrated. None of the suggestions from either the AI agent or google worked. A quick email to the service department (which they answered the same day), and it is perfectly calibrated. Awesome service.
The only issue I have is that I didn't try Unihertz earlier. The tank 3 pro is awesome - the projector is unbelievable and I mean that literally. I showed people at work and they thought I was tricking them. "You can't get an image like that from a phone". Combine that with IR camera, 1200 lumen insanely bright light, IR blaster...... not to mention 23,800mAh battery. Yes, it is big and heavy, but easily fits in my pockets. I remember when all mobile phones were this weight (or heavier). Keep up the good work Unihertz!
Prompt service and unique devices.
I've got a great opinion of their devices, especially the hardware, but the software's not my favorite – updates are basically nonexistent.
Easy way to fix a mobile phone
Hello id like to say that the unihertz team did a great job at resolving by problem (jelly max loudspeaker) &a very nice lady called Alice took care of me and was very helpful indeed, the whole process seemed straightforward & worked very well for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
All communications were done over email and pointed me in the right direction. Overall very happy.
Fond regards

the new tank mini is without laser and…
the new tank mini is without laser and the communication about that is not good. price is the same as in the past. i dont understand thats my point for 3 stars
Great overall experience
Faster delivery than expected.
Product works great
Great value for money
Terrible software support
Terrible software support, and when emailing them about a simple carrier update for the device they do not show any interest in updating the device past its OG software.
Fast delivery and quality product
Ordered and the phone arrived within 5 days which was really good for international shipping.
No complaints about the tank 3 pro, battery's life is good, screen is clear and the projector is fantastic.
Follow up review
I can't believe I'm having to describe another massively negative review with this company. After my previous review, dated Dec 2024, I had to purchase a new phone as Jelly Star was unusable. In April, I started to really struggle holding the new phone (part of the reason for getting a tiny phone was ease of handling with a disability). I got the Jelly Star back out, performed a factory reset as advised by Unihertz, and started again. The same issue (screen not responding to touch) started occurring within 24 hours.
I've contacted Unihertz and asked to activate my warranty and obtain a new device. In fact, I've asked this several times. The customer service supervisor who was rude to me in December replied with a screenshot of my review, describing it as 'unacceptable'. In further emails, he has accused me of trying to use reviews to obtain money from the company. I wrote my review in December with the knowledge that I couldn't get a refund, and had no motive other than to document my experience for the knowledge of others - exactly what reviews are for. He has ignored my request to deal with another member of staff 3 times and continues to reply to my emails with the same unnecessary tone. I have asked to speak to a manager instead, but he's ignored this too. He asked for a video of the problem, and I advised that I'd already sent them a video in December and that the problem hasn't changed. He ignored me for over a week, and when I contacted them again to follow up, he said he was waiting for me to provide the video he requested, even though I'd already said I didn't need to send a second one.
I have asked multiple times now for a new device and it appears that I am being fobbed off. My warranty covers this, especially as I have provide evidence of the problem and followed their advice to attempt to fix it. I've even contacted their marketing department for help, but I've not heard back from them either at the time of writing.
Customers deserve better service than this company is providing. I've been reasonable with the company throughout the process, reading and rereading my emails before sending to check that they are fair, but have received multiple unpleasant emails in return. I've even tried calling their office to speak to someone in person but the line doesn't connect.
I'm not sure if I'm experiencing so many problems just because of this specific member of staff, but I originally asked for a new device before Easter and I'm still getting pushed back by the company with emails which are asking repeat questions and not achieving anything.
For anyone reading this review with the intention of buying a Unihertz device, please consider the experience of dealing with this company before you make a purchase. It's cost me money and so much time writing to them and waiting to hear back - not to mention frustration and upset reading the things they have written. The devices are cute and clearly have a place in the technology world, but dealing with their team has been incredibly draining and so unnecessary. I'm sure you'll be fine if nothing goes wrong with the device, but if you need help from customer service, expect it to be a rocky road.
UPDATE:
Unihertz reported my review, claiming that they are concerned that it's not genuine. They are fully aware that it is genuine, as I've been in communication with them since December. They have my Amazon order number and the identification numbers for my device. I've now provided this information to Trust pilot to enable this review to stand. Unihertz continue to ask for a further video of the problem with my phone, despite already having one. They also blocked my email address as spam after I asked to make a complaint about the member of staff who was being very unpleasant. If Unihertz don't want negative reviews, they need to treat their customers with respect and work to solve problems quickly, not fob people off for as long as possible.
Update as of 30th May:
The company are now ignoring me completely. So unprofessional, and hugely disappointing.
I’ve ordered two phones so far
I’ve ordered two phones so far, Jelly Star and Tank 3 Pro. They arrived faster than expected. Packaking of the phones was beautiful. Phones have been exactly what was promised, and even above. Pleasant suprise was pre installed screen protectors, with aditional protector included.
Excellent Customer Service
I have continually used your site to order several devices and I have had excellent service every time
Satisfied with the product, but need specific assistance…
Great customer service and great product. Five stars for product, but 4 stars for information needed for a unique situation (not covered on any forums, faq pages, etc.).
