Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I buy scrubs from them all the time and return with no issues. However, this last time I bought two sets of scrubs once received, they were too short, so I sent them back next day. However, my return was denied. They tried to tell me that the scrubs were worn and washed because the tags I guess have been removed. However, the scrubs had clearly not been worn nor have they been washed and they in no way whatsoever made any effort to return my scrubs. I never even received an email about it. I had to reach out to them to check the status of my return before they even notified me of the refusal to refund. They said something in effect to make a donation to Goodwill. If I couldn’t use them, that’s pretty sad. These scrubs are not cheap. They’re very expensive and as a nurse as a first responder, you would think that we would be treated with a little more respect than accusations made toward the wearing scrubs that were bought and received one day and shipped back the next day. It’s obvious on the paperwork that they were shipped back the next day. I’m just so disgusted.

Caught my mistake on the Resurge scrub color after I'd already placed the order..classic. But one quick online chat later, the associate fired off an urgent message to procurement, and within 24 hours I had confirmation the correct color was on its way. Easy + Fast = return customer!

I'll never buy another thing from them
I'll never buy another thing from them. Not only are they way too expensive. But my order was supposed to arrive Friday. It's Saturday and it still isn't here. No mail on Sunday and I needed that set for work on Monday. So they leaving me in a bind. I'll never buy from them again

I had just got hired at my new job after 2 months of applying and being denied, I’ve always wanted to work in pediatrics but I also did to now where to find pediatric scrubs. I went on google and Uniform Advantage was the first one to pop up and I’m glad it did. I bought so many cartoon scrubs from tv shows I grew up watching. Terrible exchange process
I ordered 2 sets of scrubs. When I received them both the top and bottom were very big so I set up an exchange. It took them a month and a half to get the new order ready and then tried to charge me another $10 for shipping. Customer service did answer quickly but not very helpful.
