Very quick delivery

Having made an online order for my daughters new senior school uniform I needed to exchange a few items which I'd guessed sizing for. Shayla in the West Byfleet store couldn't have been more helpful, she quickly sized up my daughter and gave advice on fitting, she made my daughter feel really comfortable and was so friendly and engaging. Returned a school jumper to Uniform Direct because it was too big for my son. They refused a refund claiming it had been worn, but when the jumper was returned to me the mark they referred to was simply dust on the hood that wiped off easily the dust must of been from there side as it wasn’t on the hood in return, they said there was no tag but we never took the tag off as it wasn’t worn. The size was a medium but the sizing is wrong as it buried my son.

I have tried to resolve this with their customer service but they are no longer responding to my emails. I would appreciate someone from the company contacting me to resolve this properly. I will not stop until it’s been resolved and I will also complain to the school and trading standards. They told me I had to pay for return delivery or they will keep my jumper and recycle it, in the end they sent it back free of charge and told me they would not reply to me no more on this matter, I didn’t want a refund I only wanted a jumper that actually fit my son. Absolutely disgusting never had a company this bad. Managers response is disgusting….. stay away

Great shop to buy your uniform, i previously bought from a company called Prestige however the quality was not great and the charges were to high. Uniform Direct service was absolutely great and came the next day and quality was so much better. Will be using this shop going forward.
