Lack of online support
Initially set up account and started safeguarding course, saved and returned to complete it a few days later.....password not recognised.
I tried to reset but had error messages. The Unified online help was non responsive, phone number isnt connected, unable to message on Facebook, no reply to my message on Instagram.
Went round in circles for couple of hours, really frustrating.
Currently not confident they will respond to my emails asking to support.
