Communication re Delivery

I have been tracking my parcel for the last couple of days & it does not appear to have moved from the Denmark centre. ETA has still not been updated (which said it was due to be delivered 2 days ago). Whilst the delivery date is estimated, an update when things are ‘stuck’ or going to be late would be appreciated.

I can't even track my parcels on…

I can't even track my parcels on unifaun...

However the app (My Parcels) from Nshift is actually pretty good. I'm usually against forcing more apps on the customer, but My Parcels automatically finds and tracks all my shipments, based on a phone number and mail.

Edit: Web-based tracking actually does work, I had to disable adblocker and/or change browser.

A poor business concept which is not…

A poor business concept which is not designed to service the consumer but rather to service themselves. I would have much rather received a tracking number or a link to an actual carrier service, but instead I got a fake number, and was told that in order to track my parcel I need to download an app that will spam me with notications from partner shops.

I will not be shopping from ANY of their partner shops in the future, and I will NOT be downloading a spam app.

I have had to write the company I purchased from requesting actually tracking information, and I haven't received an answer. Where is my parcel? I do not have time in my life for any of this, and I will not purchase from the online retailer in the future, nor from any other retailers who utilize Unifaun services.
