Ordered the Charming Owl - Royal Size puzzle for my wife's birthday several months in advance. I had been warned there was a delay and I could pick something else. I'm glad I didn't change my order, as the puzzle still arrived a month before her birthday.
The wooden box with the inlaid picture was great, and even the shipping box was the perfect size.
We just finished putting it together. Only issue is one of the tiny curls on a piece was broken and I don't think the stands were designed with the weight of a Royal Size box lid in mind, as both of them broke when she tried to prop up the lid.
Definitely need to do this puzzle on a light colored surface (either white or plenty of natural light) so that you can more easily see what edges need to be matched in the puzzle.
I also want to say I left this review without being requested to do so as I saw many negative reviews about the Royal Sized puzzles and wanted to make sure people realize the longer wait was worth it.
Edit - After advising the company of the broken pieces they resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely buy another puzzle.

Outstanding, challenging and thoroughly enjoyable. The completed puzzles are beautiful. We are about to begin assembling our our third Unidragon puzzle.

Website is very misleading with US shipping 4-6 days plastered all over but they do not advertise that time to ship is 40+ days. Poor customer service can't get a hold of anyone. Please save your money and time and shop somewhere else.

Fraud and false propaganda! The puzzles purchased at his house are plastic, smelly, not environmentally friendly, and fading, and the price is very expensive. I sent an email to ask for a month before it was delivered, and it was not worth the price.

I was impressed both by the communication of the e-shop and the delivery time – it was delivered just two days after ordering (and I made the order in the evening). I also appreciate the full Apple Pay option using the stored address and other contact data, it made the ordering extremely easy.

And when my wife opened the puzzle, we both were amazed – excelent quality, wonderful look. I'm pretty sure this wasn't my last order.

These puzzles are so much fun! I have five of them now and purchased six more as gifts for the grandchildren. Beautiful and high quality they can be put together over and over. In our family we love to “speed puzzle” and race to see who can put their puzzle together first!

Fantastic puzzles!! My family and I got started puzzling with Unidragon. Had a great time but they were a bit expensive. We tried so many other brands but ended up coming back to Unidragon. No one can beat their combination of cuts, design, and colors. They are simply the highest quality one and we've tried at least 4 different brands.

I love these puzzles! I got three of them, I really wanted the wolf but there was a deal and so I got two more and the mounting set for a great price. The wolf was amazing, it really challenges your way of thinking about puzzles. I really like them because I am very spatially inclined and my friend really likes them because he can put them together by color really well so it appeals to different people. I love that the puzzles have animal pieces that correlate to the type of puzzle you are doing. I always pull out all the animal pieces first!! I gave the other two puzzles to my friends (I got the whales and the chameleon). I love that you can mount these puzzles and use a wall decoration, there is so much versatility in the design of these puzzles and I love them!

Quoted 15 days delivery for delivery of 4 puzzles to Australia. They arrived in 2 x packages, the first around 10 days, the 2nd around 15.
These puzzles are not cheap, but are excellent quality and more challenging than you expect for the number of pieces since each piece is an unusual shape. We have only completed the lion so far but it was very satisfying and beautiful. Keep up the good work!

The puzzles are great, but better hope you don't have an issue because customer service SUCKS! I had a coupon THEY sent ME, but due to a glitch in their system, you can't apply a coupon for more than two puzzles since the multi-puzzle discount auto applies. After multiple inquiries on online chat and email with no response, I gave up. Over 20 days later, I finally get a response via email telling me I could choose the discount. Um.... no, I couldn't. That was the whole problem. Not to mention the coupon had now expired. So I sent another email explaining that, getting a response the next day stating.... guess what? I can choose my discount. GRRRRRR! Fix your checkout process and don't bother responding if you don't actually read the damn complaint!!

Got a puzzle over a month ago. Loved the puzzle but there was a piece missing. I contacted unidragon about the missing piece as per letter in the box. After a quick back and forth they stated they would send out the piece. That was three weeks ago, it still hasn’t arrived and I email them again with no response.

Fast shipping, great quality product, super happy with the result! My only slight complaint is that I was sent a tracking number that did not work at the time it was sent, and had to wait a few days for it to 'activate'.

This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered over $1000 worth of puzzles in early June, 2 weeks later, it showed shipped and gave a DHL tracking number with USPS shipping. I thought that was a mix up. The shipping time was 40 days. 40 days later with no package received. I reached out to inquire about my order. The customer service had the nerve to tell me that my order wasn’t shipped because they didn’t have the puzzles I had ordered and they they will ship the ones they had immediately and ship the others as they became available!!! Then they followed up that email with another one that said that are giving me the option of ordering different ones from the ones that don’t have in stock, if not, they would refund me with Unidragon credits to spend in the future. HOW DARE THEY!!!! To even have the NERVE to think I would be interested in doing business with them in the future after this FIASCO!!! They can keep the money if they are so desperate but they have lost my business and anyone I know forever. If I could rate them below zero, I would😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬! They have no business ethics whatsoever. If you want to order from them, use a middleman like Amazon who will hold them to standard. I prefer ordering directly from small businesses but in this case, forget it. They give small businesses a BAD NAME. GREEDY AND NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER!

I ordered a royal size puzzle 2 months ago and the shipping said it will take 30-40 days. It has been 60 days and I have not received it. The customer service is so poor that either they do not respond or give blunt answers. There are other companies out there selling similar puzzles but smaller size. I was planning to buy 2 more puzzles from Unidragon but given my experience, I ordered from Walmart instead. They have been received, done and framed but still no puzzle or a status update from Unidragon. I paid high buck for Unidragon puzzle so I expect a good response or a delivery status at least. I see marketing ads everywhere on Unidragon, they should focus more on customer service otherwise all their marketing will be going waste. Poor experience, would advise others to stay away!

I own many of these puzzles but bought them all on Amazon, except my latest one. I wanted a royal size so I had to buy directly from their website. At first, I was told that my puzzle would ship out within 10 days, even though the website said 2-7 days, which I was more than fine with. When I never received any shipping info 2 weeks later, I messaged them and received blunt and not so friendly customer service emails, telling me that the first person made a mistake, and that my puzzle would ship out in 40 days and that the puzzle wasn't even produced yet. A month passes by and I receive an email from someone nicer than the last person, and I was offered a replacement for different puzzles other than what I ordered since they were having problems producing my order, even though they've had my $150 for a month at this point. I told them that I paid quite a bit of money with the exchange rate (I'm in Canada) and that I would wait. I finally received it more than 2 months after I placed my order. I'll never order from this website again. I'll just have to stick with the smaller ones that they offer on Amazon. The puzzles really are beautiful and I love them but it's not worth the headaches you get by buying directly from them.

Let me start by saying I love the puzzles. They are high quality, great color. I would give 5 stars for the quality. But if you have a billing issue, forget it. There is no customer service. After numerous attempts at online chat and a couple of emails over a week’s period, I never received a response at all. Something is wrong with the checkout coding, where if you want to order 3 or more puzzles, the auto 10% bundle kicks in and you can’t enter a discount or coupon code, or if the puzzles are already on sale, you don’t get the 10% bundle discount. So first I was trying to order 3 puzzles on sale and when I’d get to the last page to checkout, the 10% was added back in. So, instead, I tried to use a coupon I’d received as a repeat customer for 20% off full purchase, but in reality I can only use it on an order of no more than two puzzles because the 10% bundle discount kicks in for 3 or more non-sale items. At least give us the option to use one or the other. I’d rather use the coupon on 3 items than the 10% bundle discount! Such a bummer, as I’ve ordered from this company multiple times. At least respond!! I found two other companies that do wood animal shape puzzles!

The unidragon puzzles are unique, excellent quality and they have exceptional customer service, a parcel went astray and they contacted me to let me know and had it re-directed. I have 11 of their puzzles, done and mounted on my wall, they are bright, welcoming and fun to complete and be proud to place them on my wall to show off to everyone else.

I purchased the small parrots puzzle. I had a pet cockatiel, Kiwi, who has recently passed away and this puzzle has become very sentimental to me for this reason.
The pieces were unique, well made, and just a pleasure to feel in your hands. I also appreciate the eco friendly packaging! The small puzzle (104 pieces) took about an 45 minutes to complete.
