Hit and miss with non-existent customer support

I ordered 2 items on different occasions. The first was delivered quickly before expected and was great. For the second order I have had no updates since the initial order confirmation email over 1 month ago. When I tried contacting the company through email both of my emails were ignored and not responded to. The same happened when trying to contact them over their website chat. I would not recommend buying from them as from my experience the chance you getting your items are 50/50 with zero customer support.
