They explicitly admitted that they crack open factory cases to harvest high-value single cards for their shop. To make it worse, they tried to defend this behavior by fabricating warehouse statistics that are completely impossible based on Konami’s official factory case configurations, claiming pull rates that physically do not exist in the manufacturing line. This deceptive practice, combined with the fact that my all 6 boxes arrived with loose, shrink-wrap, is a massive red flag.

Update to response:

To unable to pull even a single ultra rare extended art from six boxes its hard to believe. And you claimed in an emails and voicemails that you set aside for your store to open 10 cases. This set has 5 extended arts. Now out of 10 cases you can pull 4-5 starlight extended arts. Now checking your store you have listed single cards of this set and we can see that you managed to pull every single extended art as starling rare from this set. Bear in mind that you can pull duplicate card which is very likely. It’s hard to believe that out of 10 cases you managed to pull a different starlight rare extended art. It’s a high chance that you opened even more than 10 cases.i know the pull rates mate don’t brainwash me here. Further explanations you can save to Konami itself and advisor.

The one time I had to contact customer service and they resolved my issue instantly. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases :)
