Absolute joke, This order failed to turn up for delivery, When I tried to contact customer service there was no reply until I had filed another complaint to bring this to light. I was very quickly told to buy elsewhere and there is nothing they can do to help. They went as far as to say the parcel might get stolen, just assumed no one else lived at the adress and used an excuse about a potential delay on royal mails side for a replacment that hasnt even been sent.( there was no report or confirmation to them from royal mail to say this is true, it was a pure assumption)i would really recommend buying from somewhere else as there is no way to call them and empathy is almost non-existent.

Item was not delivered to me, it is with their courier for 3 weeks. They refuse to contact their courier to get their item returned to them. They refuse to refund me despite their failure to deliver the parcel to me. Emma from customer service has been no help, very slow and refuses to sort out the issue. I am owed £180 and they do not care. I must warn you not to deal with these thieves. I am receiving ongoing support from citizens advice bureau on how to receive my money back from these scammers.
