The product itself is great when it works properly but the issue is their non existent customer service. They have an online robot which is pretty much useless for anything other than the most basic query. It's appalling that a company doesn't appear to have any way of being contacted through email to actually engage with a human being. In short, good product if it works properly but good luck getting an answer to a query or resolving a problem
