Poorly made application

Poorly made application. Inaccuracies in the timetable. The information on the application and that of the stops do not match. For example, where the buses stop. We bought tickets to Amalfi. After asking the locals where exactly the bus stops, part of the group was able to leave. The rest of us waited at the same stop for the next bus. But it went along the next street parallel to the one where the stop is. It did not stop at all and did not look around to see if there were people waiting. So they sold us tickets, but they did not allow us to use them, because someone decided to go along another street and not stop at the stop. We are extremely disappointed.

Over charged with PAYG

Just got back from staying in Campania. The main station that I used was unmanned so had to scan my credit card on the pay as you go machine. Arriving at other stations there were no machines to scan out with. Have just looked aty credit card statement and the charges are more than three times the amount I would have been charged for a paper ticket. Rubbish.

After a series of emails to the company it transpires that I did not tap in (I always did because the station was unmanned, it was the stations that I arrived at that didn't have machines) and as I was using the system in error they wouldn't give me a refund. System unfit for use. Do not use.

I've used the Tap and Go system in…

I've used the Tap and Go system in Napoli for travelling within the city. but half of the Tap terminals were out of service, making the journey very cumbersome. And then, after reviewing my Credit Card expenses, I found out that Unicocampania charged much more than what I used. I contacted Unicocampania and their answer was that I did not always tap out (how am I supposed to use the system if the tap-in/out terminals were not working???). Miserable customer service, miserable company...
