Unicall Academy completely mismanaged…
Unicall Academy completely mismanaged my booking from the start. They miscommitted the class timings, then tried to reduce the agreed hours without informing me, and even sent an invoice before any classes officially began. My child’s lessons were supposed to start, yet they acted as if services had already been delivered.
Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and fixing the issue, they chose to blame the customer, which shows a serious lack of professionalism. Their communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and far from what a “professional academy” should provide.
I would not recommend this academy to anyone.
