Disgraceful treatment of a long time customer. Had my account suspended or put on "a temporary block" multiple times, usually coinciding with me winning a significant amount. Logged in to be told that my block was lifted...but I was unable to access any bonus or rewards features - funnily enough I'd built up significant points that were now inaccessible.

It has recently come to my attention that using Gambling Tools tends to lead to account suspensions. When this happens you are victimised and subjected to a lengthy safer gambling questions where you are not judged by common sense and compassion but by a computer which has no heart nor can listen.

The person at the end of the phone is just a middle person bowing to the computer. Unibet are another gambling Company that falls into this area. These Companies really need to get their act together and try to treat players fairly and at least try and listen to what players say and not leave it to a computer to decide.
