Great website and really good customer service

I have ordered from Unfabled before so I trusted that they provide a great service. This time I had an issue as Royal Mail seems to have lost the parcel but when I contacted them, it was dealt with smoothly and swiftly. Great service!

Excellent product and customer service. I ordered the weighted sleep mask and it’s just great. It really helps with my anxiety. Originally the parcel was delivered to the wrong place, but customer service was exceptional. They were so easy to get in touch with and immediately sent out a new order.

The customer service I received from this team was exceptional. There was a mistake with my order and the team were so accommodating and did everything they could to fix it.

I have yet to try the products, but the customer service was something to be commended!!

Products priced well, dispatch times fast. Staff particularly helpful, especially Aimee who went out of her way to ensure I got my product in time for Christmas and helped me out.

Brilliant range of products and customer service! I encountered a technical issue when I was trying to set up a subscription. Unfabled were really good in sorting it out as quickly as possible and they were a pleasure to deal with. So far I have tried the collagen gummies and am very impressed!

I’m really impressed with the excellent customer service I received. After I found out I was pregnant, I contacted the team to explain that I could no longer use a supplement I had ordered, even though it was listed as non-refundable. They were incredibly understanding and promptly arranged a refund. It’s rare to find such empathy and care from a company — thank you for your kindness and support!

Amazing customer service - a personalised approach and incredibly responsive.

At first, I had a small issue with my order, but it was resolved very quickly. I received a replacement product without any problems, and the customer service was extremely kind and supportive. Aimee, who replied to my emails, was very helpful and arranged the replacement right away. I really appreciate such great service!

Great range for PMS symptom relief and kind personalised service.

I ordered the Daily Greens powder and became confused when it seemed like a totally different item had arrived.

It was explained to me that the Greens powder had received an upgrade in packaging and was reassured straight away that the product I'd received was the same as what I'd ordered.

To resolve it, they sent me an extra greens powder for free. I did not expect that, they didn't have to do that but I'm so appreciative of their generosity and attention to detail in customer service.
