We absolutely love Undo For Tomorrow. The designs are truly beautiful and unlike anything else out there, every piece feels unique and thoughtfully made. We now have five of their shows, and honestly, we love every single one of them.
The team is also incredibly committed, always available, responsive, and spot on when it comes to helping with anything you might need. They’re really on point with solving any issues quickly and efficiently.
That said, the only thing we’d highlight is durability. A few of our pieces feel a bit delicate, so we’d love to see a bit more focus on making them sturdier over time.
Aside from that, this is easily our favorite brand right now. The creativity and aesthetic are on another level.
Keep on going, guys!

Jaguar sport black burd !!First I was soo excited about them, because I did a pre order I had to wait about 3-4months. When I received them , I was over the moon becouse they look fantastic, light, with cushions inside. But they when I started wearing them, then I realised they are not what I was expected. Have them for 2 months now and they gave me blisters on the back of my hill(very unusual for trainers), at the front of the trainers one of them the glue couldn't hold the rubber and they separated, also inside of the shoe the stitches are coming off. Even know I don't train with them every day. Never going to buy from this brand again. Terrible!! Think twice before you buy!!

Ordered trainers, they didn't fit they gave me an address to send them back at my own cost. I have proof of delivery and they never received them so not refunding!! Avoid at all costs!

If you’re reading this looking for ethically made shoes - please consider On or Veja instead. I’ve had all three and sadly Undo is a terrible choice.
I received the Jaguar Sport Blackbird shoes on 18 October 2025. I was excited to find some great looking, sustainable trainers. Unfortunately after just a couple of weeks they were falling apart.
The fabric is disintegrating and the glue has worn out, causing the upper sections to come away from the rubber edges. Gaps appeared, resulting in wet toes from the lightest rain. Identical issues have appeared on both the left and right shoes. They also gave me heel blisters from day one.
I contacted Undo on 11 November to explore a refund or exchange under their 3 month manufacturing warranty, attaching detailed photos.
Unfortunately they do not want to know. Undo suggest the damage is caused by ‘normal wear of the material’. Undo feel it’s acceptable that a trainer designed for sport falls apart after 2-3 weeks of walking just a few miles per day.
It is unthinkable that these immediate issues with durability (in shoes costing over £100!) have not resulted from a manufacturing defect. Online reviews suggest there are widespread durability issues with Undo’s products. I wish I had seen these before.
Please don’t waste your time or money buying from Undo. Unfortunately they are either unready or unwilling to provide a quality product, with no customer aftercare.
If they do accept an exchange after your shoes fall apart, they will also charge you heavily for the cost of return delivery. Thanks Undo!

I pre ordered the new Jaguar shoes cause they are looking really cool. Then after I got them and wore them 2 weeks they started to get broken on the inside of the back shoe on the heel. The material startet rubbing off after only 2 weeks.
Then I contacted the support to report this quality issue and they just said „buy heel pads“ and said it is my own fault because off a walking pattern. But strangely enough I had such an quality issue on the heel off a shoe for the first time. After 2 weeks!!!. Very poor quality and customer support.
I ordered Nuven 2.1 and when they arrived I treated the suede but didn’t wear them outside for a while. When I did start wearing them, the shell around the toes cracked on both shoes on the outer edge of the show, right across the panel. That would have been after a handful of wears. Given these are 100 quid shoes (though I purchased in sale), I’d expect them to last similarly to adidas or Nike trainers in a similar price point, or at the very least beyond a couple of months. They’re really comfortable shoes but they have looked extremely scabby for ages now…!
Customer service indicated they couldn’t be returned because the returns period had expired (this because I hadn’t started wearing them immediately), but indicated that this particular design fault had been recurring and that they had since changed their methods. They then suggested I bought another pair at a discounted price. Given I’d budgeted for one pair of shoes expecting them to last more than five minutes i thought the proposed solution of simply buying another pair was exceptionally tone deaf, particularly when it was acknowledged as a general design fault that was causing almost immediately wear and tear. I like the look of the shoes (bar the cracks and holes in them…!) and they’re mega comfortable but the entire experience was v poor and the customer service approach was so counterintuitive to the point of being a bit insulting. The casual assumption that people can cheerfully just chuck another 70 or 100 at more shoes is pretty obnoxious in this climate. Would never buy from them again.
Great shoes - comfortable, stylish and functional to wear to gym!

I ordered shoes from undofortomorrow.com because of their big “Free Shipping on orders above €100” banner. Only after I tried to return the items did they demand €14.95 for the return to Portugal — a cost never mentioned during checkout. This is misleading and non-transparent. I would not order again until they clearly show all costs upfront.

The shoes look great, and are different to anything else you can buy from the shops in the UK.
I didn’t wear them for a while, but as soon as I did the trim in the toe box cracked.
Don’t know if they’re just really poor quality materials or I got unlucky. Unlikely I’ll buy from them again.

I just love these shoes and the brand :)
About their support team:
They've always been really helpful and kind
About the products:
Make sure you buy 1 size up - they tend to be smaller than usual (I have 2 different models and it's always been like this). They last long and got really comfortable over time (the first pair I bought was really early when the company had just launched and I noticed a major improvement on the later models)

First of all, I gotta state that undo are really up for the task of costumer support.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, one didn't fit, the other had a minor production issue. After reaching out to them, they (Luiza from customer care) did everything in their power to make things right. We wrote several emails back and forth due to complicated postal issues and they made sure, i received new shoes. After that, I had to do a return once again because my feet are quite wide and I simply couldn't wear the surfer. They stayed patient and always replied within 24hrs max.
As a conclusion: the one pair that fits (the Rio) is my favourite shoe because the fit and the look are just great. They take customer service really seriously and obviously learned from previous interactions, judging from what a read on trustpilot. Sure, you have to pay to return your package but a) that's to be read in their terms&policies and b) they - quite thankfully - are neither a sneaker juggernaut nor an online platform but still a startup.
Will buy there again!

I ordered the shoes after watching their publicity on instagram, was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews here, but in the end it worked out quite well. I followed their instructions and bought half size up on the Surfers and they fit great. Most comfortable pair of shoes I have on my closet. I'm happy with them and will be buying more from them in the future.

Its very inconvenient to return something. They send you an adress in portugal where it is not clear wich part is wich line in the adress. Also the shipping is very expensive back to portugal. Overall the product is ok, but if you don’t know your style and size you better order somewhere else. Shoes are ok.

Ordered 3 shoes to try them for my wedding outfit, was unhappy with all 3 of them. I asked for a return label, but didn't get one, instead I had to mail them back myself. Now they got stuck in Portuguese customs. Lost around 500 Euro in total.

Shipping took a week - okay that was expected when shipping to the UK from Portugal.
I had ordered the Nuven 2.1 Vanilla Rainbow. The box I received was for the Nuven 2 Vanilla Rainbow, and inside was the Nuven Vanilla Nylon. Wrong on all counts.
They arrived on a Friday morning. I messaged customer support immediately on WhatsApp and they directed me to their support email address. I emailed them immediately after and made clear I was leaving the country for two months the coming Tuesday. No response, not even an acknowledgement to my issue until I’m literally on my way to their airport and message to chase them. A short while later I also receive a response on WhatsApp addressing a different name to my own.
Via email they eventually said I could return the shoes for a refund once I’m back in the country, past their usual one month return period. So I just need to carry around these shoes that I didn’t order and can’t wear for two months while I travel, just to then get returned to the position I was in before I ordered.
Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.

Bought the Medina model, the glue is terrible and breaks easily. Sent to repair under warranty, they glued again but it's breaking again. Super comfortable and light shoes though.

Ordered a pair of Nuven vanilla. Arrived and very comfortable except the glue around some of the parts has leaked onto the show staining them and making them look awful. Undo tomorrow have responded to this suggesting a complicated alcohol solution to fix it that I would have to buy and do. They also suggested this happens a lot.
Therefore, this is a product I would not recommend. Many other amazing quality alternatives for similar or less cost that are not faulty and that I’m sure would be replaced or refunded with a problem like this.

I had high expectations for the Nuven 2 High Vanilla Sunset from Undo for Tomorrow, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing.
Within just a few days, the side print started peeling off, and the fabric—which appeared to be water-resistant—began to delaminate. This caused moisture to get trapped between the layers, creating stains that cannot be cleaned. On top of that, the stitching is coming apart, raising serious concerns about the shoes' durability.
I reached out to customer service, but the only solution they offered was their cleaning method. I followed their instructions and reported back that it didn’t work, yet they insisted their technique should be effective. While they do have a refund policy, it only applies to unworn shoes, which is unrealistic when defects only become apparent after wearing them.
Their response also included that they are a startup and these are the “challenges they face.” That may be the case, but it does not justify selling poorly made shoes and failing to offer a reasonable solution to customers.
Overall, a huge disappointment. I cannot recommend these shoes—or their customer service.

Shipping Nice, shoes itself looks really cool and the fit is great. Quality does not resemble the price, shoes do not get sticked and only glued, this resulted in a loose sole after !!2!! Months. Addressed the issue and “they wanted to resolve the case as best as possible”. Sending out a new pair was completely out of order (did not even ask for that in the first place). They told me they could refund me 15% of the product price for repairs. (Paid 40eu repair costs got 9eu refunded) cause I bought my shoes in sale.
True joke of a company and does defenitly not represent or act how they present them selves online. Took me 1,5 weeks to get the 9eu refunded aswell after sending out 2 reminder emails after our last contact when they would not respond to me.
Never buying again and which is truly unfortunetly cause i would’ve been a regular customer if they handled the case well.
