I was a bit hesitant when first thinking of Equity Release, but with the need to pay for my Mother-in-law's Residential Care, I looked online and then approached Jason. He put myself and wife completely at ease with the process and implications both short and long term. He identified both funds provider and solicitor. He was always there to answer any queries. I would certainly recommend using his service.

My situation was difficult as I had a property in a trust and I needed the equity release to pay for care home fees. My relative is 99 years old and cannot live independently.

The trust was a difficult obstacle to over come. I contacted local solicitors and finance firms, most of whom declined to help or did not even reply. Thanks to a chance remark I made over the garden fence my neighbour gave me Jason’s details, and having no luck elsewhere, I contacted him.

He drove for over two hours from his location to Hertfordshire, where my relatives care home is, in order to speak with us together.

Jason was very easy to deal with. I was worried about the trust but he reassured me that as soon as the trust was broken up an application for a life time mortgage could be made. He guided me as to how the trust should be wound up, giving me very good advice on the correct wording to use when contacting the law firm that made the trust. The trust was removed from our property and the equity release application was made. I received my drawdown earlier today, 18th December 2024, and funds are now available, giving me peace of mind and an opportunity to have a tranquil Christmas. This took just over three months.

Jason is very professional and very thorough, with a very acute attention to detail. He asked me for all the information needed so that he could answer any questions that the mortgage company might ask for, so that he was prepared in case of unexpected queries.

I can recommend Jason without hesitation, I would happily use his services again.
