a little delay in logistic part, order placed on 01/04 morning, announced prepared to GLS on 03/04, but really handled to GLS on 07/04

First, the delay of your latest order was due to the Easter Holidays I am afraid. GLS in Denmark was closed, and did not pick up until Tuesday the 7th of April (we tried to get them to pick up).
Regarding the size, you are always welcome to contact us via email or chat, for any questions or guidlines regarding fit and measurements, we are always happy to assist.

I'm really happy with the fit of my purchased items. Being tall and of medium build, it's hard to find undergarments that fit my body. It's always a russian roulette buying online, but is the second purchase I've made with Underprotection and the sizing has been perfect.

Really quality items
Really quality items, you can feel they’re so durable. True to size, flattering. Would highly recommend. The only annoying things are the labels but easily cut off.

Excellent customer care
The hooks on the back of the Lima bra (white) feel like they’re scratching my skin. The high apex bra’s are wired on the sides. There’s also a difference between the sizing of the bra’s. However, customer care has been amazing with my returns. Instead I received the new Erica bra and this is amazingly soft and comfortable. Ordered more as I’m very happy with it and they look beautiful. All in all: four stars.

The products are fine but return policy isn't customer friendly
The products are nice and consumer service is responsive and efficient. Shipping time is quite fast. The S Bras however have a tight band around the ribs, the same as XS. That is not very comfortable and fir S it should be wider. The rules of returns are also not that great - customer loses money if he she wants to just return the item. The measurements bed to be more exact if the refunds are not free.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the fit of the bra. We're sorry to hear that the band felt too tight — but the XS+ you have now, is XS sized underband, with a S cupsize. The + is only for the cupsize, not the underband.
As for our return policy, we understand it can be frustrating to pay for return shipping. While this is quite common across many brands, we do offer exchanges (we cover the shipping cost after the exchange), so you can easily switch to another size or style. Love all about the brand
It's the second time I buy from underprotection, the quality of the lingerie and swimming suits is superb. When I had some issues with the sizing the assistance they provided was very fast and helpful.. Fast shipping. I'll be buying again from them!

Very happy with lingerie and swimwear! The recycled fabric is very soft, the fit feels good and the sizes fit correctly. Looks even better knowing it is ethical and sustainable ;)
