I placed an order to buy a star map for the day I proposed to my fiancé in Iceland... Unfortunately, USPS was handling the delivery & somehow managed to lose my poster. Fortunately, Fiona in customer support was super helpful & had a new poster printed & expedited to me in no time.
Typically I expect companies to explain how it's on the carrier & to work with them - but this was such a pleasant surprise that I actually took the time to write review after putting up the poster.

This is a great company. I ordered a star map as a present, USPS somehow screwed up and lost my package. After waiting for it to arrive for 2 weeks I re contacted customer service. They were more than happy to help me and sent a new star map right away. I am very pleased with the help I was given.

Great idea! I ordered a map for the date I was born. It is beautiful. It is framed and hanging on my wall. In addition, the company service is outstanding. The delivery company somehow lost my map. Under Lucky Stars promptly sent out a new map using expedited delivery.

Awesome customer service and quality. Sadly, our picture arrived damaged due to no fault of Under Lucky Stars. A replacement was shipped quickly and the process was very easy. Under Lucky Stars was attentive and kept me updated with status. Superb gift and highly recommend!

A great idea and one that appeals to me. The anniversary of our first meeting 54 years ago was coming up so what better present to ourselves? My wife was surprised and then delighted when I first uncurled it. We framed it and it now proudly hangs on our wall. One addition I would like to see, as the stars change position so incredibly slowly, is to include the planets. Now that would be really special.

This makes a unique gift idea. Just a little on the pricey side but unless someone is ashamed of their age, this gift will immediately be framed and displayed prominently.

Great gift idea. My partner loves star gazing and decided to get him this gift for Valentines Day. He loved it and was so impressed by it. It's hanging in his office and it's a great conversation piece. I had an easy time ordering it online and it just arrived in time for Valentines Day. I will definitely by it as a birthday gifts for my friends this year.

Such an awesome idea. Wasn’t sure how she would react to it. And I wish I would’ve recorded her opening it. She had tears. Was such a wonderful gift. I definitely recommend! Would’ve been 5 stars if the $35 for express shipping was accurate. Says 3-7 days or something like that, but according to the site it wasn’t even finished making for 7 days. Was I think 9 days before I recieved. Def not worth the extra 35 at all. But regardless, I’m very happy with my purchase and she absolutely loved it! Thank you

The site was easy to navigate and the picture is beautiful, but it is marred by the professional framing. The picture of the black frame shows the dark purple and black starfield in a black frame. I, however, received a black frame with a 3 inch white mat around the black starfield. This is just odd!!!
I love everything else about it. Just don't get the professional frame and do it yourself, I guess

My print arrived with damage to the frame. I emailed the company and got a very speedy and apologetic response. They were great, asked for a few photos of the damage and the packaging, sent a damage claim to the shipping company and sent a rush order to print right away at no cost to me (I paid duties). The reprint came out wonderfully and shipped quickly!

Fast shipping, cool poster I had framed and displayed. It is worth the price for a gift.

There was an issue on their end but they rectified it and kept their word to deliver by 2/14. It was a home run, my wife loves it and she's bragging to her friends. After 20 years of marriage, I was able to surprise her and this company made it happen. They reply immediately to any concern.
